But the brettenwood instituitions are not sympathetic of Africa or third world. The destruct dichotomy is harsh conditionalities and higher interest rates for us and a softer and fairer deal for Europe and Amreica.. But then we are your coilonies and yet no true culture assimilation and real growth mirroring the projections & goals of the IMF. No marshal plan for recovery. That only existed for Europe after 2nd world war. In the event Africa will seek for alternative & better accomodating agency(ies).
