Sceptile is one of my faves but they really don't do him many favors with his stat spread and moveset. A special sweeper whose signature move is a physical attack and special attack set is limited as heck. Later replaced by a frog ninja with better stats, abilities, and movepool. His Mega is nice but again, its hella limited by the moves it can use effectively. At least Grovyle was the coolest in mystery dungeon.

I can see that this is a cultured tier list. Good stuff. Though I gotta say I don´t fly with Blaziken being the low tier out of the Hoenn starters, my mans at least deserves to be in the same tier as the other two, I´d even put him on the number one spot, but that's subjective and the Hoenn starters are all super clean so that´s a close call that really is more subjective than everything else. Still my Boy deserves more than A-Tier in my humble opinion. Regardless, strong Tier List, way better than some of the wack stuff I´ve seen on Twitter.
