True. Ultimately it’s not a Black people vs. Niggas issue. It’s a people with self-respect vs. people with no self-respect issue. Black people don’t have a monopoly on lack of self-respect. All cultures have that element, but people tend to point at the most obvious outward difference in them and the people they are criticizing to distinguish themselves from the behavior they are criticizing. If Chris Rock is wrong about anything in this matter it’s giving only the African-American perspective on his observation. Any comedian of another culture could make that same joke. Just substitute the N word for that culture’s version. But to tell Chris Rock he shouldn’t make that joke/observation is missing the whole point.

I don't think Chris Rock "throws his people under the bus, to make their people look good", but to shame our people into being/doing better and YES, black people SHOULD be ashamed of self destructive behavior that has become TRADITIONAL in our culture.
It's always ironic to me that people who want to liberally use the n-word and redefine the n-word are the same people who get the most offended when people actually use the n-word. Make it make sense.
I get why he's upset at that Chris Rock comedy bit because a lot of other races love using that Black folks vs N's joke to justify their covert racism towards black people as a whole. I definitely understood where Chris was coming from, but I knew other mfs would jump on that joke and misconstrue it for their narrative.
Watch the video where Chris Rock is laughing with those other white comedians using the N word and he don’t say nothing. He was trying to be accepted by his masters
I think he is right. 💯 The only one of Rock's roles that was believable was the one in 'New Jack City.' He was always very stiff for some reason. The one with the French lady & her visiting family wasnt too bad tho, maybe bc he was so much older at that point. At the time, that black ppl/n joke didn't seem so bad bc the show had that 'just the family,' kind of feel to it, plus he did drop alot of truth during his stand ups. But knowing what I know now, its cringey. I also think it that it was wrong of him to put our business out there with 'Good Hair.' As much physical crap, judgement, teasing, rejection & grief that black women have gone through bc of the way our hair naturally looks & behaves.....he knew better than that. Ive never seen a theater released movie dedicated to talking about women's struggles & hair secrets from any other group. I felt that was an under the bus move too. But I wasnt surprised bc I always knew he had female issues. Talking about he did it for his daughter. Yeah, right. But his stand up was always lit. At least up until 'Kill The Messenger.' Idk what happened there. 🤷🏽♀️

Javontte Williams are u serous. Most white comics talk about how fucked up their white family is.
The hate is diff in comedy i swear 🤣🤣😂😂
Chris Rock let Louie CK disrespect black people in front of him and laughed..but entertainers arent leaders..so it doesn't matter...he 1 of the best comedian to ever do it...for da love of money..
😁😂🤣 I WISH UNCLE RUCKUS & SCRUNCHO could have a sitdown .. it would be hilarious
I agree with Chris on this one. I was a nucca in my 20’s. In my 30’s I’m a Black man who can’t stand nuccas but still got love for them.
Exactly
black people vs ninjas was the greatest comedy bit ever,If you was offended you might be a ninja
Chris rock is a comedic genius. Who is this guy?
Chris really not that funny. Kinda 2 silly, corny
Really? Wow...
I never found his standup funny
must be one of those niggas Chris was talking about .
That's Scruncho. Dude funny as hell. He played the pump with Mike Epps on the original How High
Why is everyone a hater when they are just stating their opinion? Some of what he is saying is just truth. Like really! People can't share their peace without being called a hater! He is stating his opinions. I love this interview! Thank you Comedy Hype and thank you Scrancho for speaking your truth.
I completely understood where Chris was coming from...Scruncho need to be more open minded, thats why his career never went where he wanted it
Richard Pryor is the greatest comic ever period
Why is this channel so messy? 😂😂😂😂
Super messy lmaoo
Lamine Diallo Y’all never ask Vlad that question tho....
Lamine Diallo cause it's on RUclips.
@@Nina513 that was one of the most unintelligent things I've heard thus far. People always criticize Vlad, smh. Whataboutism is corny FYI
What Chris Rock was saying is totally valid.Every black person knows what he is saying in that joke from bring the pain is true .....even this guy knows that . But unfortunately ignorance is a popular thing in our community. Hip Hop culture once made it cool to be intelligent but now it has made it cool to be ignorant/keeping it Real . SMH
You uploading a lot of drama lately :/ What happened to the funny content?
Its not a stand up its an interview of real people sharing their experiences and some arent funny. Its life!
Tbh some of the questions in these interviews be baiting but hey it’s up to The person that’s getting interview to be smart like on some lower level of vlad shit but vlad ask crazy questions
Just imagine if this was Vlad.... Niggas would be hating so bad
Why is this dude crying about Chris Rock.It was the truth

Who decides what "RESISTING!!!!!" is, dummy?
@@fun_ghoul hey smart black man dummy, if a cop ask you to do something and you don't...THAT'S RESISTING!!!! Go look up IQ by race.

Lots of people, Black people don't... They don't get DL either
And didnt try to
He really didnt

It was just pointless because you CAN'T verbally separate yourself from people, it has to be physically done. That's why the joke is flawed.
Starting to feel like Vlad TV over here. I thought the purpose was the opposite... I'm starting to see more C&D list celebs throwing shade @ A&B celebs.
I agree
I wish I could have agreed with you a year ago.. Feeling like Media Takeout up in here.
I haven't seen Scruncho since Def Comedy Jam. Man's was a physical/prop comic from what I remember.
I absolutely get where Scruncho is coming from I absolutely do,however,is it me or am I wrong when I say that perhaps Scruncho is personalizing something that's not meant to be personalized?!
this dude one letter away from being a scrunchy so I don't personally think it matter what dudes talkin about
Apparently Scruncho identifies himself as a Nigga. I, on the other hand, am a black man not a nigga. There is a difference.
And there it is. The very definition of a b.a.n.
@@kennydust abso-fuckin-lutely
I never heard of scruncho until this interview Chris rock is a goat ...heavy is the head that wears the crown though
Exactly. I was like "who"? I don't know where they find some of these people. It kills me how some people are ALWAYS looking for the "sellout" angle. I'm Black and can't stand N*ggas also. Oh well!
Yall must just be young! Dude has been on plenty of stages. Mater of fact he was in Dont Be A Menance, if you never heard or seen that movie then your too young.

He’s the Nate Robinson of comedians.
Basically the comedians that never really made it, hate everybody who did make it lol

HE BASICALLY DESCRIBED GHOST FROM POWER WHEN HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE SECOND TYPE OF AFRICAN AMERICANS.
I don't think Chris Rock "throws his people under the bus, to make their people look good", but to shame our people into being/doing better and YES, black people SHOULD be ashamed of self destructive behavior that has become TRADITIONAL in our culture.
This dude in his feelings because of a joke? Bruh
It's always ironic to me that people who want to liberally use the n-word and redefine the n-word are the same people who get the most offended when people actually use the n-word. Make it make sense.

Ima keep it 💯I never thought this guy was funny🤷🏾♂️
I presume you mean Chris Rock...
Everybody wants to be black because they aren't black. I felt that homie. 🤣💯
That 804 Guy sadly he isn't the only one, Aaron Mcgruder also loved to play that game, and he learned it from someone else and so on and so on.
Yeah I get where Chris is coming from too. I don't like fuckin wit niggas either, of any color...😕😕😕
We are too quick to speak out against one another!!! Negativity should always be face to face.
Would love to see him and Chris Rock have a sit down and trade thoughts
So would I. It'd be the first time Chris Rock ate crow publicly for being a house slave.
Comedy is based in truth and chris rock spoke the truth
Nah Scruncho, feeling like something is not quite right here...
He throwing his people under the bus vs putting yo people's in the grave don't come close... Common sense don't cost a thing
Scruncho shoulda played Dolemite
I'm sorry but it wouldve been a huge mistake to put this random guy who is known for a small role in an urban comedy over Eddie freakin Murphy
I didn't know this was his actual voice. Lol. I thought it was a stage persona. His voice is hilarious.
Watch the video where Chris Rock is laughing with those other white comedians using the N word and he don’t say nothing. He was trying to be accepted by his masters
What interview was it
@ Tonya R,
I saw that video too. The white man was saying N word with the er and Chris didnt say shit. Chris Rock is a boot licker, Fuck him.
Chris did more than nothing. He laughed, agreed and encouraged them to say it. Only Jerry Seinfeld said he thought it was wrong.
This is the say cheese of comedy channels
He right tho Chris rock is a terrible actor besides when he played in new Jack city 😂
Comedy Hype been killin’ it, y’all gotta get Earthquake bro

@@IanElliottCarter Clown.
Chris rock killed it on the movie where he plays the president
Eddie Murphy is the the best . the best is Dave chappelle I put Dave Chappell number one and Eddie Murphy number two they both is the top best
According to the two statements above, you are saying they are both the greatest.
"Your black face is your white mask...you really one of the gate keeper niggas" .🔥
Rock was good in Fargo- the tv series.
Hands down, Richard Pryor is the best comedian in history. Not Eddie Murphy.
I think he is right. 💯
The only one of Rock's roles that was believable was the one in 'New Jack City.' He was always very stiff for some reason.
I remember him from being super CRIP in the 90's ..that tank 50/50 though lol sugar an spice
Chris Rock threw Patrice O’Neil under the bus on the O A show
When and how?
chubbychuckle Patrice had an audition to play Chris’s father in everybody hates Chris. Patrice was supposed to get that role before terry crews but Patrice blew it bad and Chris called him out on it.
That one wasn’t really a throwing him under the bus thing.
@@Thisdudehere-e6n 1st- That would have been epic. I love that show but never heard anything about Patrice playing Julius. 2nd- I don't really have an issue with it if he bombed the audition. Crews did a great job. Ig it depends on what he actually said.
