My interpretation of the map system: 1, you can choose the next location (this determines biome and initial extra content) 2, with waystones you select the difficulty by the tier of the waystone and crafted properties on it. 3, with towers you can add extra content to locations. I believe you can travel further even if you use tier 1 waystones all the time (if you want.)
Looks like an amalgamation of delve and atlas. Different biomes depending on where you are. Noteworthy locations to be discovered. That in addition to the traditional map action.

Here's the hero I'd like to see. Warrior with a shield/sword in set 1 and Spear in set 2. The passive skill straight to the right into dex with elemental damage. Kinda similar to the amazon in D2, maybe with lightning spear throw. Can you see this happen? Basically a Huntress starting as a Warrior

Let me ask you a question you may know, or not know but have an idea. ( When the game officially comes out will I be able to join my friends standard server character with my early access character.
There no standard server on ea. Everyone will be in the ea realm
New to POE 2 here but not on the ARPG Genre.....I plan to play on the PS5, I know Sony does not play nice with the micro transsction purchases, I just wanted to know if i buy mtx points and purchase a stash tab or a skin then I decide to also play PC, does that get carried over? My understanding was just the mtx points u purchased wont be available
Unfortunately they wont allow it because Sony...
@JorgenPOE so when i buy the $30 supporter pack then used all all the points for stash tab, then i can only use it on ps? Lol where's the cross progression on that.... stupid Sony. I get it if it's the points but anything purchased from the points will be available in all platform...kinda beats the purpose of cross play cross progression and ends up locking u in1 platform if u want to use your purchases...
I was planning to play on the ps5 when i feel like just playing on the couch or laying down before i sleep then for a real session or prolonged game would be on pc.....now i have to keep on mind if i play on another platform is which platform did i purchase those stash tabs or something
@@Sundutero yep. Sony was greedy with this one.
@@Sundutero yeah, fuck Sony....there are options to stream from your PC to your TV and play from the couch. Maybe worth looking into that ;)
@@dBug404 funny enough, that's what i have been browsing for lol.... looking for the best way since my pc is on the 1st floor and my room is on the 2nd. Weird tho, This was never an issue with D4, I bought stuff on ps5 and vice versa and the currency i bought and or the skins carried over ....ugh fcking sony
