These trades were done over 6 days. I trade passively for the most part, having traders come to me instead of me actively searching. So I just bump my ads fairly often while I do work or play games.

Trading tip: when the seasonal drops come out (for example golden gift baskets) stock up on them as they gain value. I traded 3 for my fennec and all I had to do was play the game

Where do you find these trades? Whenever I try to trade everyone is either looking for golden crates/NCVRs or trying to get items at like half the price with "FAIR PRICE!" written under their trade.
I just keep bumping my ads on Rocket League Garage as often as I can and have almost all my trades coming to me (bumping means editing and saving it so the ad refreshes and goes to the front page)
I'm not sure why but when I try to trade for profit it seems almost impossible. But here you seem to find multiple people willingly giving you overpay
