- Guitarist Michael Schenker may have done the definitive version of this song while with UFO, but his replacement Paul Chapman manages to turn in a commendable performance in this 1980 Rockpalast show in Germany.
Simply pure hard rock gem Timeless! 70's and 80's music forever❤
Cheers from Italy
Agree,Croatia!
My first ever concert was UFO at the Edinburgh Odeon in January 1980 during this tour. It was phenomenal.
I love the sound of Andy's kit.
What a completely captivating performance. I'm guessing that the chaps in the crowd woke up the next morning still in awe. I dig Chapman's style and stage presence. Very laid back yet charismatic.
Not only a great guitarist but a great person. Met him at his guitar shop in Melbourne Florida
DOCTOR! DOCTOR! PLEASE!
Very, very good. Schenker and Chapman are great... UFO rules!
Doctor Doctor please!
Thanks!
Always a joy to hear . CLASSIC ROCK

it is a little known fact that Paul Chapman as a cousin who is an excellent player in his own right, none other than Dave Edmunds.
Phil mogg what a uncanny character great vocalist though
If you like this buy their live album Strangers in the night ! One of the best live albums ever.
Paul Chapman is my favorite UFO guitarist even though I love the Michael Schenker albums.
I bought the record live of UFO in Canterbury in 1979... with students of Belgium one day in England. I listened to the record and...waw!!
thanks for putting these up - Tonka was a good guitar player
UNA MELODÍA INCOMPARABLE, GRANDE UFO, UNA HISTORIA QUE LLEGA AL ALMA, SUERTE...
Excellent!!!
Grandma mary
It sounds so good to my ears. You must be a musician with an ear for technical maneuvers. As a fan, I find this performance brilliant!

because for most people the 70's was a blur, but it did have some really great music, and this is a perfect example
Tonka Chapman RIP !!
awesome
Simply my favorite live video of this song ever. I've got a copy of the entire show and it is inspiring to say the least.

.
kickadonkey, you saw Paul Raymond on rhythm and keys. This is Neil Carter who replaced Raymond in 1980. Obviously "Kipper" has since returned once or twice.
Несколько медленней и несколько по- другому. Хоть Чепмен хорош, но не Майкл. Голос в этот раз у Фила отличный!
Michael rules this sounds like ....
They were on top of their game in this period of time. To be part of Rockpalast, you were supposed to be somebody and UFO certainly was.
Yeah doctor doctor save thé worldwide Wotherspoon music
@flyingv16 I so know what u mean. wow UFO IS the BEAST
@tsubupapa0921 paul is doing just fine check out gator country southern rock band he is playing with them and lives in florida
they're related to & have history w/ the Scorpions & yes, They are Top Knotch & In some cases it is Only the Top Knotch Rawkers of all time that Know them
In my opinion it's better than studio : ) And Doctor Doctor By Iron Maiden it's good too
They use it as a cover while they set up I believe
Who’s in this video
Don't treat Chapman as Schenker's replacement - listen to the 1974 BBC in concert version - they're both rocking!
Chapman was not Schenker's replacement, he was in the band the whole time...
Tonka and Nelly Carter. I dunno, Chapman lacks Schenker's lyrical ability. His playing sounds clumsy when he does Michael's stuff. I like Parker's boiler suit. Joe Elliot used to copy Phil Mogg's chicken arm thing.
They rhythm's off. . .
♥ I love it! ♥
