This is a clip from the movie Evolution in which the dude sings to the bird alien thing to tempt it back also they sing play that funky music at the end
Trico, well today it's all about it looking "so realistic" and 3D so imagine going to see this movie's remake and literally feeling like YOU're giving this alien it's "creampie" of the year lol! Better yet, a theme park RIDE based on it! xD I mean these days anything's possible ;D
Lol...I remember I first saw this movie in science class and my teacher being the funny man that he is said that we were going to watch "an educational documentary on evolution"....we ended up laughing our asses off!
+eclipse572 Lol same here! I never understood how watching a movie or just a scene over and over again is normal and good, but heaven forbid you read a book more than once of twice and people look at ya funny :D
There's a chemistry here between these three that's reminiscent of Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd. Couple that up with the fact this was directed by Ivan Reitman and it makes me wonder what could have been if they'd been introduced in a Ghostbusters sequel. Heck knows I'm not exactly hyped about the reboot.
shows how wrong you are about the ghostbusters sequel, Crimson Phoenix! that was probably the greatest relaunch of a franchise ever! i saw that movie 8 times in the theater and each time it was packed.
boobam Good for you, but it was still a bomb at the box-office. I think the studio shouldn't have tried painting all their critics as raging misogynists, because the movie had legitimate flaws and insulting people for pointing them out is underhanded, and ultimately alienates your audience.
Marvel Disneyfan lol you are probably just a dumb kid keyboard warrior trying to make people upset. that movie made them stars and lots more money than you say. learn to spell before you talk lol
boobam Pardon me, but this is what I meant: the movie made $229 million overall, certainly an impressive amount of money. But compared to its budget of $144 million (to say nothing of the marketing expenditures), it is in fact a box-office bomb. I in fact also really liked the film, particularly Melissa McCarthy (probably because I'm a huge fan of hers). I also liked that it made new and creative weapons, and expanded on the ghost mythology with the lines where otherworldly energy was strongest. But I can also admit it has serious problems. The villain is weaker than even MCU baddies, and that's saying something. In addition, the film can't seem to decide whether to pay homage to, stay the spirit of, or creatively separate from the originals, so it may come across as derivative to fans of the originals (not having grown up watching those movies, I can't speak for those fans).
This was such a great movie! It was funny as hell, the acting was excellent, great plot. Everything you could want in a movie. Not to mention the fact that this trio is ROFL worthy.
i wanted to watch this for ages but couldnt remember the name of the film and then about 2 weeks later it was on sky loved this film as a kid and it didnt disapoint like some childhood movies do wen u watch them in the future
Agent Mulder AND Stiffler in the same movie... it doesn't get much better than that. Then they proceed to drive their jeep through the desert singing Play That Funky Music.
Any time you are sad, just say Kaka, kaka---Evolution, Rumble in the jungle, "you are like a little bird up there" same thing. Or 2 and 1/2 men, "Jake-a-roonie, Jake-a-reenie, Jake the snake!" (Season/Episode 8/8)
I love how David Duchuvny is so chill when he says "Stand back, Harry. I'm gonna shoot him." XD
It has become a meme in China too.
this movie deserves a sequel more than zoolander......way more
Nah...equal..
it's a song enjoy it
+Riad Haidar I agree but in light of so many horrible sequels in these last years, I´d have to say maybe...not? :P
They've already gone into the depths of a giant alien's butt with a hose full of shampoo. lol How do you sequel that?

Anyone else think the only reason the bird came back was because it wanted to kill him for singing like that too?
That one handed shotgun reload tho...
Joni Mendes yea
Joni Mendes totally agree.
You've not mastered the shotgun yet until you've done that

This is my dad's favorite part of the movie. This stll makes me giggle like an idiot.
He pumped the shotgun like 3 times before he shot
Hmmm...I'm thinking the winged reptilian alien mistook the guy's singing for a mating call. Best way to lure them out in my experience.
For all of us who hate malls. Lay down that boogie and play that funky music till you die.
Best scene in the entire movie.
I can't watch the ASPCA commercial with this song in it without laughing
One of my favorite movies eva :D, man I need to find it :(
" iv'e seen this film the black guy dies 1st"
Hey man Tarantino is a fucking genius.
I know what you mean. It did the same thing as Eight Legged Freaks, and parodied the "Creature Feature" era.
