he doesn't sound drunk or high to me at all. instead he looks like he just got up or is really tired. i don't think that kirk is still drinking at all. he stopped drinking and doing drugs and replaced it with surfing at the beginning of this century.
What can fans expect from Death Mangnfdkjhfgfhgjfgn. Lol, gotta love Kirk. "We managed to go back to an original feel" I.E. We have a real bassist now and Lars isn't allowed to have a hand in the song writing. And now, miraculously, our music kicks major ass again. haha
How can you say someone is an over-rated guitarist, when your not one yourself I'd like to meet all of these people who can playthe one solo so well. I probably know one person, and i've never seen anyonecover it perfectly. Yes most people can shred, sweep, tremolo, legato etc. Hammett composes good solo's. So technically he is great, and i'm tired of people suckin on dave mustaine. If you like his music, then how can he be over-rated
@frostyholycross first of all, learn to play a guitar then comment. The one solo is hard enough. And next thing, get on the fucking stage once in front of just 50 people, leave alone 50,000. Sometimes you get tired. Sometimes you sweat so much, your hands don't grasp the guitar neck or the guitar pick properly. Sometimes you unknowingly stand in an awkward stance which makes it harder to control. Ask any guitarist he'll tell you the difference between playing while sitting down and standing up.
The last thing Kirk says is the dumbest words that ever came out of his mouth!!! I mean I love MetallicA but Kirk says some stupid shit...this comment 'bout Jason kinda pissed me off!!!
