doesn't show how to open device settings!

hello i installed the hp scan and for the connection i chose USB but the software never detects the all in one printer scan. i unplugged and plugged the usb but nothing happens

and USB port of server

@@itsupport44 the printer and scan works without this software. but i wanted to install it to have a better soft for scanning. but it can't recognice the printer
