Hi guys! Here’s the link to the reeded film I purchased for this project if you’re interested in trying them out as well. I will note that this is sticky so you have to be careful how you place it and make sure you place a generous amount of water under the film. Film: amzn.to/3xXTR1h Tools: amzn.to/3zIrtRs
OK, you now have a new subscriber. I always watch a video first to see if I want to subscribe. I’m a little bit older so I have a different taste. A lot of these young girls just don’t don’t know or show me anything that I’d be interested in because I already know it, but I am really impressed. I’m impressed with the way you talk on the camera. I’m impressed with the way that you do things and the product looks amazing so I subscribed wait to see part two. Good job girl.😉❣️
I agree with one comment over here. If you upload at a somewhat frequent manner, I am going to keep watching even though I don’t even do what you’re doing. I just LOVE YOUR VOICE!!!!
New subscriber here….love your voice girl. Suggestion, have you thought of placing a shelf across the top to tie both tall cabinets together? Would be fun to decorate. Plus would make it look like one whole unit. God bless.
@@TerriSiler-hv8in I thought of this too but the ikea cabinets actually come with a little cut out at the bottom specifically for the baseboards so it actually sits flush to the wall! Should have mentioned this in the video as to not cause confusion. 😊
@@TerriSiler-hv8in thanks for the suggestion! It’s actually still in my garage. I’ve decided to keep the parts! I’m posting part 2 of this today and I actually used MDF from an old bed frame to make the counter top. The extra shelves I used in this video were from that same old bed frame too! Not sure if i’ll try to fix it or use the parts for something else, there’s always a use for them and you’re absolutely right. I would hate for this to go in the landfill. Thanks for watching as well, it means a lot. 😊

I have rewatched this a couple of times in the background because I love how soothing your voice sounds. You make my day!
Very clever solution on the shelves.
Thank you!

Hi Kimmi! New subscriber and fellow RUclipsr. You did a great job I look forward to your next video.😊
Nice video! Do you hace info on what IKEA pieces you purchased?
Yes! These are Ikea Billy/Oxberg units!
Can you link the reeded film that you used? I bought some a month ago on Amazon but I like yours much better.
I just pinned the links at the top to the film and the tools I used. Hope it helps and best of luck on your DIY! 😊
The door will bang on your cabinety
There’s a stopper
Theres a stopper on the door hinge so it wont hit the cabinets!
The cabinets are not going to go flush against the wall with the baseboards on. You might want to take it off again

Fix it and paint it. Don't put it in the landfill. It's got a cute shape. Use it in the guest bedroom for a small TV or side table

Baseboard is not the same wall color or paint. You need a semigloss for the baseboards
So I used the same wall color but you’re right on the sheen. I used an eggshell finish on the walls and semigloss on the baseboards 😊
You need to drill pilot holes to the prevent splitting
I’ll keep that in mind for next time!
