The 10/12 was built before the 9/12 one. I unfortunately no longer have the 9/12 model; I ended up selling it to a friend in Oklahoma.

The early-early 9/12 ACA sirens used basically a 1:1 clone of a Federal 9/12 rotor. They're 9-port dominant compared to the 12-port dominant rotors that are used by ACA later on.
