Hey, the thing with junk food is actually the spice combo. You can make that into a seasoning and add it to regular foods. The ingredients are listed in the back. It helps a lot. You can use them as seasoning on almost anything. And I recommend dry fruits to munch on throughout the day. You can also make healthier versions at home if you like the texture. It's okay to give in occasionally, just not everyday. Mindset is important. Remeber not to beat yourself up if things go sideways. Good luck, little froggy. 🥰

Are you sure about that? Brocoli smells extremely bad uncooked and you need to cook some of the vegetables in this video. I think this meal would have been better if she putted more mustard,seasoning and quinoa. But that's only my opinion if you want to eat your vegetables raw then do what you want to do what you want to i suppose.
