Alcohol can also cause accidents during sex, like penile fracture. Because it’s hard to maintain an erection & some men get too vigorous & aren’t careful, causing themselves penile damage… 😢 This happened to my husband and it’s totally heartbreaking and has tragically affected our sex life.

Hi there, I know this was posted over a year ago, but I just have a question. Can alcohol have an effect on your erections even when you’re not drinking? Meaning, I’m a night time drinker but during the mid day when I’m sober I still can’t always achieve an erection.

Good news though, if you quit, start weight training, hiit cardio , kettle belling, cross training, etc....you will start producing testosterone because you need this to build muscle (no, don't build as in THE ROCK or any other body builder, then you end up messing with your body and injesting crap that isn't needed...we are talking natural). Women and their menopause....get on it...trust me, you won't feel what they claim, or barely. NO ETOH. NO DRUGS. NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC....... eat right, work out 5 to 6 days a week, get with God, live a simple life. ED will be a thing of the past.
