A problem I had when I went this way. I'd get tired and base my whole moving forward on today's energy and give up. I tell myself I'm just tired today. Drink plenty of water eat good and sleep good and unpause in the morning and push tired or not. Like a reset. A reminder that keeping moving is necessary and tired dont matter. Tired takes up time. Fight while your tired. If u are immobile and tired,rest, come back. Life knocks us down. God lifts us up. I give my best when my backs against the wall. Then I become blessed. I find the greatest joys on the other side and ask myself why the fuck was I about to give in? Like right now. I came here for a reminder. I'm about to bust this workout out. Love yall. Keep pushing. Netflix is so bad. I mean everyone watches a bit of TV every now and again but to watch every single free minute is the problem. So much wasted time and energy.

The corona virus isn't the reason I incarcerated myself at home it was also how the people in my city reacted to it but regardless of the chaos I found solutions to make things easier. And now I can stay home for an eternity if I choose. Thank God for meals on wheels
