Instead of lofi or background music, I have been putting this video on the background whilst applying for jobs. And it has been helping. Makes me overthink less and just go for them. I get insanely scared and start thinking about all that can go wrong, ending up with me closing the tab without sending the application. But this video is truly motivational. It has helped me focus more on what I have to do, and "get it together".
Half a year ago my best friend suddenly stopped talking to me and I never missed someone that much. Tbh I spent the last months really letting myself go. Now its time to use this pain as a preworkout for gym to remind him and everybody else that did me wrong of who tf I am

everytime i feel like im losing it i listen to these videos, and immediatly i remember why i started....and i get that same motivation every time to continue going to go to that college career pathway highschool and work my ass off to turn all the anger i have from those who hurt me into success to use that anger as fuel to do better to show others im going to get up no matter how many times i get knocked down and how hard i get hit everytime ill stand strait back up and run the race of life...I hope that others can have this motivation because its just beautiful

Your video hit me hard. I’ve suffered from alcoholism since aged 18, but am now 17 years sober. I’ve been unable to work since 2017 due to a brain injury and coma. I thought ‘ No I ‘believed’ that was it! I’m 52 now lost nearly 30pounds of muscle plus all drive to improve improve myself. This has helped changed my mindset. Thank you so very, very much ❤️

I really want to be great but it's hard, especially when I'm in a male dominated sport, people thinking i can't play and lookin down on me, it's annoying, but it's my dream and I'll do everything possible to make that dream come true , cus my parents and siblings ar3 counting on me, ive been listening to this type of videos since 1 was 12 now I'm fifteen, just moved to a country with more basketball opportunities and what this has taught me is that you can watch all the motivation videos but if you don't work or workhard nothing will change. I’m 44 years old since yesterday, I recently got a new job which I love ❤️, but I lost the love of my life 7 years ago even though I’ve had realationships since then but I was lied too . I feel like all my family and friends are moving on with their lives and I feel ALONE UNHAPPY. I am hurting so bad now and I hope I can get through this.
