We need to all file a class action lawsuit against the pharmaceutical companies for drug misrepresentation. Klonipin is manufactured by Genentech.

    • @emmanuelvacakis4463
      @emmanuelvacakis4463 2 года назад +1

@@OldSal-d8h no. There needs to be one started. This problem is far worse than the pandemic. It’s impossible to take on the pharmaceutical companies individually. You can sue them but you won’t win. The only way to beat them individually is to not take their drugs and not go to a psychiatrist. But simply eat organically grown vegetables and grains and avoid sugar in any form including fruits. Don’t support McDonalds and Coca Cola or any other fast food joint or carbonated beverage. That’s what’s responsible for the pandemic as well. 18,000 have died or have had severe side effects from the vaccine. 99.7% of those who get the coronavirus survive. Those that don’t have had other serious health issues that compromised their immune systems.

I’m 6 years off a cold Turkey and sitting here in a extremely tough wave , your video really hit home with me . I live in the shower when I’m in a wave , my body temperature is always low 94-96 but I feel like I’m on fire . Unfortunately the only thing that helps me is drinking a beer or two, I know that sounds bad but it’s better than feeling like death.

Benzo withdrawal Symptoms are quite real.It seems to have a pattern.
1st I have delibilating physical symptoms like blurry vision, Light sensitivity, head ace, sinus pains, was fatigue all time etc and very brutal mental symptoms like suicidal tendency, extreme depression followed.
The panic attacks just got worst during the peak of the withdrawal. I could not sleep and when i did get some sleep I Would wake up in cold sweats during the early hours. The heart was pounding so much that i could feel it running in my chest. Its like the feeling of death all day.Had stabbing chest pains and throbbing muscle pains. Couldnt take any stress what's so ever. Felt that every system of my body was failing
Imagine having a headache that lasted 24/7 for months.
Then after a month or 2.The extreme anxiety, running heart, throbbing chest pains subsided 70%. The negative, sucildal thoughts has to do With the anxiety. So with the reduction of anxiety that too went down. Body function like digestion improved
Then Ringging of ears started /got noticible. The blurry vision, on and off Head ace, depression, stayed for longer and was getting better very very gradually
Later one or 2 months more and the agrophobia, social anxiety got better, I was staying mostly indoors but started to stay more out of my bed and got my smile back.
Again some days are better than other. Some are worst. I try recording them in a diary so that i can track my improvements.
Don't expect much improvement till month 6.
It made me very conscious about my self and my body. Now i eat better, had quit all bad habits, I'm clear about my goals.
The Fatigue, inability to take stress, mood swings, vision, ear problems will be the last symptoms to exit ur body.
This evil medicine makes one thing that he will never heal. Breaks you mentally
But again don't loose hope. Everyone heals eventually.

You're doing everything right. Distraction, distraction, distraction. Me personally I play guitar about 5 to 6 hours a day and I also train for endurance races. I ran my first marathon while in the grips of this and I'm training for my first half iron man. Getting all that excess energy out has been helpful for anxiety/cabin fever and it makes me feel like I'm not completely "wasting away". I'm still unable to be around people which to me is the WORST symptom because like you I usually have a big personality and LOVE connecting with people. But yeah man just find something that gives you a little bit of pleasure and then do it all day lol that's what I do. As far as suicidal ideation goes, once again, just distract, distract, distract. Time heals all is what people keep telling me and I believe them. Keep fighting!

My PCP (Primary Care Physician) recommended coconut water for replenishing electrolytes & I use Zero Vitamin Water that seems to help with this, what seems a continuous battle of dehydration/dizziness/cotton mouth! I had to drop down to coming off at the highest recommended rate of 10%/month to 5%/month & that has helped me to be able to read again & handle the other symptoms...tinnitus is so much better & I’m gaining weight...finally made it back up from 81lbs to 102lbs, since gaining my appetite back & catching glimpses of my old silly & fun-loving self! It’s like Night & day! I have 519 days to go, or so...but I see that beautiful light at the end of this horrible Benzodiazepine withdrawal (really Central Nervous System Injury - stated by an informed MD on Mad in America.) Same boat here. I truly do want to be done with clonazepam. But being unemployed, sleeping on my mother's couch (I'm 47! Ugh) as the last resort from being homeless, dealing with my existing depression and mood disorders, I literally can't afford to deal with this now. I have had to resort to selling some treasured books and ancient coins to have money to live off of. It's all I've got left... already lost a marriage and a house and become a visitation parent. Trash collectors are more helpful than useless doctors and other so called providers... at least the garbage man does something to improve my environment... ugh... it is only online that I have found help. We, the patients and victims are the only true experts. Like only a fish knows what life in water is like, only those who experience benzo hell know what it's like. Take a fish out of water, it dies... take benzos out of us, we suffer, and many do die.

Robert, I can relate to EVERYTHING you say. I'm 70 years old, prescribed Klonopin( Clonazapam) for 22 years.
Not once, ever, did ANY doctor, (and there have been dozens) say to me " Is the Clonazepam effective?" Ever think
of cutting down or getting off Cloazepam?" One thing I've discovered is to NEVER (sorry about the caps) discuss
Benzo taper with anyone who has not gone through the Hell we are experiencing. I NEVER sleep during the night
at many times at 3-4-5AM I am laying in bed , hands behind my head, wishing I could will myself to stop breathing.
I'm down to .5mg/24hrs. At times I cannot function. The headaches, profuse sweating(an understatement) muscle
cramps, suicidal ideation... I meditate, practice The Relaxation response, read (if I can), talk to a friend who is tapering
from Ativan(Lorazepam), try to go for a walk, but Clonazepam has made me virtually agoraphobic. My GP is worse
than useless and my Addictions Psychiatrist has abandoned me. Thank You for your videos.

So much appreciate this, I did my first taper of Ativan, Effexor and Wellbutrin all at one time 6 years ago, unsupervised, I had read Ashton Manual but, it was stupid to do 3 at once, I thought I was going slow enough. Boy was I wrong. Lost 95 lbs in 3 months, couldn't sleep, eat, had seizures, light, sound unbearable. Hospitalized 3 weeks. Bed bound 2+ years. Thought I was going to die, in fact wanted to. 6 years later once again tapering from Clonazepam @ 1.75 mg now ( was up to 6 mg. When new PDoc took over my case. They still do not accept Benzo Withdrawl, and tell you your in the Benzo Lifer Club. No way. I am taking control of my taper. Waves Yikes, horrible. Been on these Devil Drugs 40 years. Don't even know the real me. Prescribed in early 20's. My brain is so injured at this point. Only way out is through, but it will be at my own pace... The best to you, just found your channel. Yes, our central nervous systems are fucked up due to coming off this drug. My hats off to you if you are off 10 weeks on a fast taper. I'm at .12mg and tapering. Main issue is the same as you. Tinnitus. What worries me about this is I got it bad due to the rapid taper , but was reinstaed back in October and while tapering it hasn't got any better. Also I have bad back and buttocks pain as well. I saw a specialist and in words "You're in big time medication withdrawal"and tipped his hat to my efforts as he understood this is not an easy thing to do. I'm doing this because my hope is I heal instead of being sick for the rest of my life on this medication.

I'm still tapering. I had a seizure 50 days off a very rapid taper instructed by a very stupid doctor that nearly killed me. I went back on .125mg for 3 months and began tapering again and now down to .15mg per day. And yes all kinds or sensory issues with light and hearing. I'm still in the middle of all this

I am down to 1.25 of Ativan from 2.5, my mood and memory seem better, but a lot of physical waves. Also B12 can be overstimulating, but can help with energy. Good luck you are doing well!

Hi there! So good to see someone who is fighting the good fight with me in a positive way. I am suffering from PAWS and into my 3rd month of it. Waves, windows, tinnitus that buzzes, tickles the inside of my ears with cold feeling and vertigo. Panic and anxiety, neck and back of head pain and more.
I know I am on the road to healing but it's so frustrating and emotionally painful. I am wondering if CBD oil will maybe help or will it make my healing take longer? Anyone????

I am...What makes me this way is I have very very very bad tinnitus brought on by a rapid taper by a doctor who didn't know what he was doing and fucked me up. So on top of the benzo withdrawal stuff I have this category 5 tinnitus storm in my head with very high pitch noise 24/7 unrelenting as well and I'm surviving sometimes 1 minute at a time at times. I will give it a try.

I’m left with oxycodone for preexisting interstitial cystitis horrid bladder disease.
Could you help me with how to taper off 60 mg roxicodone? I’m having a hard time because klonopin has caused debilitating burning & stabbing nerve pain in my bladder & pelvis too so it’s so painful & in waves is even worse. It’s very tough to taper in this level of pain. Should I wait until I’m more healed? Thank you for your time.

My sciatica pain has been so bad that I find myself intermittently getting in and out of the bathtub 2 to 3 times a day! But having some tools in your bag when things get tough is important. Meditation, showers, work for me to move me even for an hour or two out of dark places.

Robert, my heart goes out to you. I have been fortunate enough to have tinnitus that is unrelenting but bearable.
I did try the CBD oil and felt a calming that helped me sleep. I am, as I said previously, post taper.... in protracted acute withdraw, so not sure if it would be safe for those tapering. I just figured, what the hell?!!! I've suffered for so long, I'm going to try whatever means to find relief. I'm also trying The Keto diet, I meditate, positive affirmations daily, prayer for strength and believe this is all for some good reason. I know, even on days I want to give up, I will heal. I could write a book of all the crazy symptoms I have dealt with. Almost comical in a way. Who gets "bluefinger" during withdraw? 😂Look it up! I pray we will ALL laugh about some of the craziness later. God bless you on your journey.

It's true that healing happens however. My other symptoms are improving. So much so that I forget I am in Withdraw. It WILL happen for you. I hope hope hope that you know that you will be a healthier, happy person. I thought many times I wasn't going to make it. I gave up. Cried. Such sadness. But I refuse to let this beat me! My Dr was wrong, uneducated and insensitive.
I haven't been in my right mind either towards my Dr. Part of the withdraw. I have wanted to shake him!!! Sue him, all that anger!!!! But what will that truly do for me except prolong my pain but in a different way. I forgive him....for myself or I can't move forward.

I didn't mean to brief. When I went off xanax I went to the hospital for two weeks and I was so sick I was bedridden for 4 years living thru panic attacks every morning followed by terrible grief and sobbing. when it became intolerable I Was hospitalized again. Nobody told me that I was having benzo withdrawal. I stayed a week. I was treated like an addict, prescribed buspar. Trazodone I finally went back to the hospital for about aloud buzzing or very fast trembling in my core and arms, Wellbutrin and gabapentin, none of which helped. I was also taking Lexapro.
I came across some articles about benzos in between listening to a lot of Alan Watts. Lots of Watts.

    • @betseyarmstrong
      @betseyarmstrong 3 года назад +1

That was mixed up. I came home from that visit with Paxiil, 5mg vallium 2x a day and Trazodone for sleep.. I am finally stabilizing. Now I have to slowly taper off the Valium. Thing is, I am neither depressed or anxiety ridden. I have no panic attacks.
But wake up nauseous and have abdominal cramps, which go away after a few hours.
I am so relieved to know I'm not crazy and I know it's benzoo withdrawal . But I still take the Valium with a plan to taper,
I am physically weak and exhausted all the time. It is very hard to get out of the bed and and do normal stuff. Finally the weather is nice enough to go out and do a little yard work or take myself to the doctor. But I am exhausted afterwards.
When I realized what this xanax does, that my psychiatrist.let me take it for 20 years, I lost my job. And 5 years of my life i was so livid, like, who the heck I can sue..
I found your method a much more positive way to get my life back.
Stay in touch. I hope some of this is informative.
