RCA refused to release the original version at that time, so the lyrics were rewritten and the song was renamed One Night With You and the new version was rerecorded just before he left for his Army stint. It was STILL pretty raunchy for the times, but RCA agreed to release it and it became one of his more popular songs. Many years later, the original version was finally released. It's actually very tame by today's standards, but it is a fun listen anyway.

Elvis had so much soul, talent, and charisma that he was the total package. He had a big heart and was very generous. Elvis was a blend of blues, rock and roll, and gospel. He was a once-in-a-lifetime talent. Thank you, Lord, for putting him on earth during my teenage years.
