Becoming the observer without judgment is called somatic tracking. With enough practice, you can cure pain indefinitely. The book “The way out” explains this perfectly. Pain is only present because of the pain-fear cycle.

I do drum circles with friends and the timing and rhythm makes it even more enjoyable and assessable for me.
