I prefer this reading to other people who have read the sermons. The other people speak to fast and sometimes I can’t keep up but I like the way you read it here.

I also. So I went up to right hand corner of video . TAP. the “ Gear looking icon”
It will appear on “ Normal playback “ TAP “ icon above normal. (the next slower mode )to slow the audio.
This works better ,for myself . You might try.
It’s the gear looking thing in the top right.

Opened my ears and mind to think of all sermons I sat under growing up. How true are Spurgeon’s words in simply revealing the truth of God’s Word! Comparing to our now generation preaching, we are found wanting.

For those not aware, Spurgeon has an old book called All of Grace! A very worthy read and one of the absolute best books I have ever read! If you haven’t read it I highly recommend it!

These are great sermons. Just as timeless now as then . But r his man's voice does a great service . I have clicked on other Spurgeon sermons they are not as good as with this man's voice . Thoroughly enjoyable.

He always starts off saying Lord's day morning. Can anyone find any verse that shows Sunday is the Lord's Day?

That’s what they called the first day of the week. Can find it several times. Resurrection day. They also called the last day of week the sabbath when they would go talk to the Jews who worshiped in the temple.
