That's how natural consequences work. There's no need to punish kids. If what they did was wrong, it has consequences on its own. Sometimes you have to step in, like if your kid made a mess - you can use natural consequences by making sure they are the one cleaning up, or if they hurt someone, you should explain how that make that person feel and that they may not want to play because of that. Sometimes you just need to explain what caused that consequence, like in this situation, kid may not know automatically that eating too much sweets caused bellyache. But overall, no need to punish. You can help them understand the world and why certain things are wrong without punishments.
@@wilczajagoda734 I agree, but sometimes the natural consequence can come later in life. Like the kid purposely not doing his homework. And if the kid doesn’t do it after you told him to, then a punishment is needed. Or if they’ve been told something before multiple times and still disobey you.
@@Sushie55 I haven't noticed your comment month ago, but I just wanted to say that: 1. There is no better choice in homework situation than refusing to do it. It's inefective and exist only to waste students time. If they learn enough to pass their tests, there's no need for anything more. 2. Punishing is never an answer. It's just giving up on parenting and going straight to manipulation. If your kid doesn't want to do something you want them to do, it's your job to find out why. And you should be open minded, they can be right in refusing to follow your orders.
But sometimes they are. It honestly depends on the child. If they’re very obedient then I would agree, but if you have a disobedient child I would say, “stop that or you’re grounded” I’d give a warning, and if they don’t stop then a punishment would come.
Formal tho my mum thought I was playing with my dolls nope I was following her eating the slug bait she was putting in the garden 1 trip to the docters later I'm still alive and I turned green

Well, at least he learned his lesson. Even though it was the hard way to learn that lesson. Always ask for permission, especially when it is not yours and you would like some of it.
My brother got his first pair of glasses when he was 6 because my parents noticed he was always squinting his eyes so they took him to the doctor where he was diagnosed with astigmatism so he got a pair of sports glasses which he still wears sometimes but it’s gotten a lot better since he stopped wearing his glasses all together
This women tried to control our family at church and she kept grabbing my son and trying to pull him to some children's thing. He could tell she was being shady. He's autistic, this was the first time he "read the room" so to speak. Shady lady kept trying to manipulate people into hurting me socially or emotionally. No weapon formed against me...
So, let me get this straight. Someone else's story, with AI generated narration, over top of someone else's video. At what point are you involved in this? 😅
At least thats all he got was a bellyache I devoured about 2/4 and a half of a bag of Hershey's Kisses when I was 3 and I got an allergic reaction and am still allergic to this day
I have horrible eyesight and have had glasses since a couple months old and when I got my glasses and saw my grandpa apparently I got really scared and didn’t recognize him until I heard his voice 😂
When I was eight my parents told me I could order something online and they would help me order it and make sure it was all safe. By this point I had saved up my allowance and was ready to order when they said that they would help me in five minutes. Needless to say five minutes go by and I haven’t received help, so I run and get my parents credit card to order it, put in the info and tell my parents that they don’t need to help me, a few weeks later we receive a package with an apron and sprinkles, my parents tell me never again to do that and we go on our way, a month later we got another package with just sprinkles. I had unknowingly signed us up for the sprinkle of the month club. We were $90 in when my parents cancelled it. Best sprinkles I have ever had! 😂
My kid (1 year old) has figured out where I hide her snacks, I always get her something to snack on that lasts her a few weeks if I'm getting myself or my partner a snack when I go to the store, I left the room for all of five seconds and when I came back into the room she had a cookie in each hand and one in her mouth, but the thing is her snacks are in a cabinet out of her reach so she figured out how to climb up to the cabinet and grab herself a snack, I had to act upset when I scolded her for taking snacks when it wasn't snack time, but after I finished scolding her I had to leave the room for a second again because I couldn't contain my laughter anymore, this kid is too smart for me and I'm pretty damn proud of her because she loves to work on her problem solving skills, her favorite toys are puzzle toys and shape sorters, so that's why I say she likes to work on her problem solving skills. She is not a fan of bedtime though because that means we have to stop playing, when I put her to bed tonight she looked at me and said "Mommy I play more"
This is what gental peranting is. Not ignoring the fact that he ate them, bieng happy that he could finally see, but teaching him manners before taking somthing.
When I was in elementary school, I bunched a kid in the computer lab. My mom got called in, obviously, and asked me why I punched the kid. I told her it was because they "wouldn't shut up!" Mom grounded me for a week. After I turned 18, my mother admitted that it was *super* funny and difficult to punish me for that because she started a bar fight in her twenties for the same reason I gave for punching that kid in third grade 😂 She says, "Because then I *really* realized you're *my* daughter!"
Is it genetics that make lactose intolerant people addicted to lactose?? I had a friend who was a crackhead for chocolate milk and would always pay for it sooner or later😭😭😭
Bruce genius just got them out of war with his parents
FRRRR
True
What?
Who’s Bruce genius?

I love that op felt no need to punish him because he basically punished himself 😭 this story is so adorable

I feel his pride in doing something for himself and I'm sorry for his bellyache. Though perhaps it was a life lesson to be learned. 💜
Is no longer me mentioning the war crime that was committed in the cutting of that “cake”
For real. What kind of horrid cut is that? 😭
I was looking for this comment 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Which cake cause there was like 5 💀
@xcherryblxssomsx9881 The pink one in the fluted tube shape (bundt cake shape). They chop a piece off the side and chocolate comes out.
@@mcvenne8935 oh that one- bro that was a crime for them to cut the cake like that- 💀

Why do Americans call them "eyeglasses"? They're just called glasses
That'll be anybody that eats large amounts of chocolate.
Im also lactose intolerant
Is no one going to talk about a 2 year old needing glasses??
it's not that unusual, lots of people start wearing glasses as babies or toddlers
So cute
I hate the way they cut that first cake
Frrr
No way Americans are out here calling them "eye glasses", just call them glasses

Lactose intolerant ain’t got nothing to do with chocolate.
milk chocolate has some lactose in it, though you would have to eat alot to trigger a reaction
