Dear Double-under Gods: I pray that Coach Ben will embrace the immense value that he would add to my life by doing a zoom/facetime call with me...and coaching me on my double-under issues. He could even make it into an excellent youtube video and help even more people.
Congrats!! Well deserved. Most of my prayers happen after the WOD as I’m on the ground. Normally it’s a lot of “I’m going to die... I can’t find any air... I’m going to die... I want to die.... I hope I looked cool the entire time... stupid CrossFit....
This trick really makes a difference. What I like to imagine to keep a good position of my hands is that I'm holding a barbell in front of me. That not only helps to prevent twisting my wrists in but also helps avoiding moving my hands forward away from my body.
Used to be awesome at DU's, last November I hit 100 in a minute for the first time. Then since Dec, I barely get 20 in a row. Tight shoulders instead of relaxed shoulders I believe and my arms all over the place for some reason instead of.staying close to the body. I cant seem to fix it!
umm Tom? haven't seen him since myspace. I'm in the double under course BTW, its an excellent course if anyone here was wondering. I've still got a lot of work to do but I've progressed from being like the worlds worst jump-roper to getting some pretty good DU strings. thanks for the content Ben!
My 'prayer' is to build endurance, it feels like I am working so damn hard, I may do 10 unbroken but fail because I get tired, not sure how to build the endurance without blowing up working so hard to connect them.

I challenged myself during quarantine 1000DU for time.. Took me 32min..and a calf stiffness for two days 😂

I always have 2-3 SU between every DU. And the rope always whipped My toes.
