Love Hue, might be my fave city in Vietnam. Bun Bo Hue lady is awesome altho it's hard to find her since other people had pics of Anthony Bourdain on their stands when I went to confuse unsuspecting tourists. 😂

What I find is that you don't see a lot of Vietnamese rice dishes. Its more noodles and veggies and some sort of protein
