I wish nothing but the best for Tuesday and hope that she has found her peace and happiness 💗🌸🌺💗
I don' know where all these crazy stories get started. I was alive then, a teenager, and there were NO such stories floating around about Tuesday Weld. She had a rather wholesome image. Do videomakers just make this stuff up? At 16, she was sort of my 'girl crush" that is, I wanted to be her and look just like her. I can't tell you how many tears I shed because I didn't look exactly like her. lol... She played on a very wholesome show, "the Many Loves of Dobie Gillis" and later in a movie with Elvis, where she later said it was just friendship but she thought she had been in love with him...
Tuesday was Sandra Dee, Brigitte Bardot and Marilyn Monroe. She was beautiful, damaged, and talented. She is a survivor. Tuesday and Drew Barrymore should have a heart to heart. They both survived miserable and abusive childhoods.
She was not a troublemaker. She was made into a troublemaker. The fact that she asked for help at a young age and was refused is not her fault. I agree with you, because I cannot overlook the fact of what she had to go through being the breadwinner and thrust into a life of taking care of her family while still being a child. I had bad parents and atroubled childhood too, so I understand the shame that cloaked her childhood. It was about 10 years ago, in my early 50s, that my mom's sister mentioned what a "troublesome teenager" I was. I got upset, but now see it clearly. Children need guidance and love, not just clothes and a roof. I hope Tuesday is comfortable and hugs herself daily.
What a strong woman!! Her mother failed her on so many levels and refused to take responsibility for her part in why Tuesday’s emotional health suffered. The men(predators)that she dated were disgusting!! They took advantage of a young girl looking for love and acceptance. The entertainment industry exploited her on top of everything else. She didn’t stand a chance and it’s a blessing that she’s still alive. Tuesday needs to know that she’s loved and appreciated by her fans. She deserves her flowers most definitely and so much more!!💐💐💐

Kind of interesting she'd drink and stuff as a child actor at ten and dated John Barrymore jr and the same went on with Drew Barrymore at such young ages too. Uncanny/ironic.
These kids in Hellyweird both male and female are groomed. They SRA’d there’s plenty of evidence of it. The groomed, more often than not, become next gen groomers. It’s been going on for years.
Tuesday you are loved and appreciated. You should have never been put in the position of supporting your family. You are a good person and a talented actress!❤️
I had to Google what she looks like today, since she's still around, and it's unbelievable how well she's aged! What a beautiful woman even today! Knowing that she started drinking by the age of 10 tells me something terrible was happening or happened to her. Maybe it was the stress of her mother depending on her, but knowing what we know about Hollywood and the industry, it makes me wonder if there was more going on behind the scenes 🤔.
She never had a mother. Her female parent smeared her own child and blamed her child for ALL HER problems. What that DOES to a human psyche. I'm scared it's impossible 😭 to heal. I still shall believe and pray, in miracles. Tuesday is COMPLETELY RIGHT and SMART for cutting off her abusers. I just hope n pray for complete mental health and as much happiness and safe and joy for this lady. I loved your words at the end, K.A... they inspire me to try one day to hope. Oh Tuesday, it’s almost as if you didn’t stand a chance as everything you seem to have was actually set against you. If only you had a serious mentor. Someone mature & much wiser who genuinely had your best interest in mind and a protective guiding hand .... everything your parents should have been. It’s sooo sad that you didn’t find that protective nature within yourself , but I suppose that would have been expecting a lot considering your age and very unstable foundation from at least the age of four. I strongly believe that deep down you have a beautiful & vulnerable soul and that in the end when it is all over you will have the last laugh and end up blissfully happy in a most devine place and be unaware that this foul mess you’ve left behind ever happened. God be with you, bless you and keep you in his embrace from now on👩🏼🔬💔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💞💕🇺🇸
Me too... they get me every time... I'm OK with that!! Is the rumor true about the song Tuesday 's Gone by Lynyrd Skynyrd about het?? I have heard it was. I'm curious 🤔
What a gorgeous girl... That face! She did look very innocent. All these adults failed her. I am glad she is still alive, and she still looks beautiful.❤ 💐
DEEP cautionary take on the effects of "stage moms" and the life gutting repercussions on these CHILDREN. Tuesday Weld, and others in similar situations, don't get a childhood. I'm glad that you brought up North West in her Lion King role, because my money is on Kim K tryna be just like her own mother: a "Momager". 🌺🌸🌹

Mr goodbar is one of my favorite movies. In the movie she says, “I guess that’s all I will ever be.. a piece of ass” that line struck me for some reason. She deserves flowers💐💐💐💐💐💐💐🙏🏽
For a video idea, could you talk about the life of Bill Withers. Sang iconic and famous songs people know now. One of the most beautiful and classic voices I have been thankful to hear. He reached a high potential and was successful and seen as a legend now but reading his story of being a simple man that just sang and went to war and made songs that became highly successful, his career stopped. He reached a potential that I felt that could have been pushed even higher. Made beautiful music for the time he had here and wished that he kept making music. But things got complicated. His story is amazing and hope you cover it one day
What a human being! That stuff about her as a young actress being dark, mature, etc was just projection. Just as projection works it relieved those doing it of the guilt of what they wanted to do with her and put it on her.
Even though her father’s side disapproved of her mother for shallow reasons, they were right. I wish they’d fought a little harder for Tuesday and her siblings. Edit: Her dating older men kind of reminds me of the Olsen twins. Poor things.
Monday's child is fair of face. Tuesday's child is full with grace. Wednesday's child has far to go. Thursday's child is full with woe. Friday's child is loving and giving. Saturday's child works hard for a living. The child that is born on the Sabbath day, is sweet and kind and good and gay.
I always loved and identified with Tuesday….I was born in 1950, I never heard the rumors and I probably would not not have believed them. Now hearing all these things I understand her even more. I was a lot like her in my youth, very misunderstood and bullied and never really accepted by others. I looked sexy looking but I never acted that way but was accused of things I never did.
I never missed Dobie Gillis growing up…and loved Tuesday Weld. I always thought she was so beautiful and sophisticated. She’s 10 years my senior so her wild times were oblivious to me growing up. By the time I caught up with her so did her career. I missed that part of her life. I’ve always thought she was very talented.
This is great work. I used to watch her in reruns on Nick at Nite and thought she was a goddess. Bless her soul--looks are exactly ZERO percent of happiness. I hope she can gind some peace before she leaves this life. 💐💐💐
Thank you Karine for your comprehensive and respectful biographies on remarkable women. I've always been a big Tuesday fan. Even today I'm sure that beautiful smile is recognizable from across the room. Even her voice is unique to her. I always thought she was a beautiful, sensitive gentle child. Child being key. Thank you for this story I always felt she was abused had no idea how badly.. She remains in my mind as beautiful, gentle shy and sensitive. Couldnt believe that dreadful mother became a Hollywood babysitter.❤
I love your videos. They're so informative and easy to watch/listen to. But also you're so compassionate and you really give shi*, which is rare to find online these days.
Thank you for making these! I appreciate you.
Sweet little Tuesday Weld! I loved her in Dobie Gillis! My favorite show!🎉Bob Denver played Maynard G. Grubbs! A 60s beatnik! Loved the show! I was around 6 yrs old at the time! That is how things were in those days! You had to be there to understand! Sorry that she was used and mistreated! That shouldn't have happened! She was a joy to watch and a very talented actress!🎉❤❤Thank you for the video! Have a good weekend!😊🎉
His last name was Krebs not Grubbs

God be with you, bless you and keep you in his embrace from now on👩🏼🔬💔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💞💕🇺🇸
Tuesday Weld in- Pretty Poisen is a fantastic far-out movie, w. Ant-ony Perkins!
From the moment everybody around you notices your shine they do their best to dim that star ❤❤❤
Well-stated Sis. ⭐️ ❤️⭐️
I WAS gonna go to bed LOL! Thanks for the great content!
Sorry lol today was definitely way too late. I hope you enjoy it ❤❤
In bed now 🫶
Me too!!!
Me too... they get me every time... I'm OK with that!!
Is the rumor true about the song Tuesday 's Gone by Lynyrd Skynyrd about het?? I have heard it was. I'm curious 🤔
Love her in Falling Down 💕
💐💐💐 I hope that wherever in Colorado Ms. Weld resides she loves her life. She deserves peace and joy.
She is STUNNING ❤
It's one thing for strangers to talk about you like that, but your mother - that's painful. She didn't go wild, she went crazy and no one noticed.
This thumbnail kinda scared me considering the stories you have told in the past so I’m here for it and I wish nothing but the best for Tuesday!
♥️♥️♥️
What a gorgeous girl... That face! She did look very innocent. All these adults failed her. I am glad she is still alive, and she still looks beautiful.❤ 💐
Tuesday you are loved and accepted.
Bless you Ms. Week's
So proud of you , you cared about others. And even more proud you discovered your worth
and value.God Bless you.
She's lovely...I loved her voice
DEEP cautionary take on the effects of "stage moms" and the life gutting repercussions on these CHILDREN. Tuesday Weld, and others in similar situations, don't get a childhood. I'm glad that you brought up North West in her Lion King role, because my money is on Kim K tryna be just like her own mother: a "Momager". 🌺🌸🌹
It's blu in lion king though. Not north.
What does anyone know when your a child then young woman... never look back and over analyse your past..you do the best you can with a situation your in ...love this woman ❤
Mr goodbar is one of my favorite movies. In the movie she says, “I guess that’s all I will ever be.. a piece of ass” that line struck me for some reason. She deserves flowers💐💐💐💐💐💐💐🙏🏽
She's still alive. She is only 80 years old.
@@pagemastrogiovanni9195 oh ok
I thought that was Diane Keaton
@@gabrielleferris952 No Tuesday said that line, Diane was wonderful in this film though.

When you know someone's story, it explains SO MUCH. Often we act out when we are corrupted, n unappreciated 💗🌼
I remember Tuesday Weld from watching reruns of Dobie Gillis. The original golddigger - and delightful to watch!
I loved all your acting Tuesday and you are so beautiful. So sorry for the burden, pressures and trauma you went through.
I had an abusive and neglectful mother. I never knew real peace until she died.
I could listen to this storyteller for hours - such a gorgeous voice. ⚘⚘⚘ for Tuesday
I stopped Club Shay Shay's interview with Ray J for this. Chile......😩
💐💐💐💐💐💐 for Tuesday Weld. ❤
WHY ARE WE ALL DOING THE SAME THING
I’m going to watch that interview in the morning lol we all really do live the same lives 😭
@@KarineAlourdeFor real, sis! HILARIOUS! I used to love The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis on Nick at Nite.😂 ❤
@@nashaymarie2567I DON'T KNOW! 😩
I was about to look for it until I saw it. 🥹
Always loved her. So sweet, so real on camara. How ironic!💞💕💞
💐💐💐🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷This was a well put together video!!! I truly enjoyed it !!!
His story is amazing and hope you cover it one day
We see you Tuesday! 💐🌸🏵⚘️🌹🌺🌻🌼🌷🪻⚘️
A little similar to Drew Barrymore's young life. 🙏.
That was wrong to forbid their mom to see them. They could have let them visit her.
I always watched shows movies she was in, had a thing for her.
So wish I could have met her back in the 60's.
Tuesday you are the greatest!
I love the way you tell these stories with compassion and not sensation. And that voice!
🌺🌸🌻🌼🌹🌷💐🥀🪷 I hope she feels the love I’m sending!!!
I wish for peace for Ms. Tuesday 🕊️
Wonderful person to have survived it all❤❤❤🌹🌹🌹🌹
Strong, courageous lady with a great voice🩷💞
This is great work. I used to watch her in reruns on Nick at Nite and thought she was a goddess. Bless her soul--looks are exactly ZERO percent of happiness. I hope she can gind some peace before she leaves this life. 💐💐💐
❤💐🌺🌸🌷🌻
Thank you Karine for your comprehensive and respectful biographies on remarkable women. Your moral compass is remarkably calibrated. 🥰 I think that parents need to protect their children to make them feel secure first and foremost, and especially those celebrity parents that know how the industry exploits everyone in one way or another. Tuesday Weld you are a beautiful soul and woman and you are a warrior for other women. ♥️💐
Dobie Gillis, Peyton Place, Looking for Mr. Goodbar, and Once Upon A Time in America is what I remember her most for.
She is so beautiful and Inside as well as out. Always loved her. I hope she has found happiness and peace❤
she is formidable woman and very talented.i wish her the best of the blessing of God.❤🌺🌹🦋
I've always been a big Tuesday fan. Even today I'm sure that beautiful smile is recognizable from across the room. Even her voice is unique to her. She has a natural talent and above all a natural sensuality that shows a real person behind the scripts. Trust me, no other starlets, then or now, can outshine Tuesday Weld's persona. She's still a beauty! Hello Tuesday! Thanks for being a part of my life.. Flavious..
Wow. This video was so insightful. Tuesday deserves all the hearts and flowers in the world.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️&🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Karine , you have a soothing voice instead of displaying a high pitched voice. That contributes well to your programs. You are well read on the facts of these subjects and your episodes are made very professional. Job well done.
You have one of the best channels on RUclips ❤
I agree
Buying a notebook to organize your lies is WILDDDD!!!😆
