Arts Etobicoke Story Coordinator, Reyash Ghabayen shares how she connected with community members and reflects on her experience with the project.
Reyash Ghabayen has been an Arts Etobicoke Community Story Coordinator since summer 2020. She connects people of diverse backgrounds through arts projects. Knowing Arabic allows her to reach the Arabic community. Her data collection helps the organization understand community needs and develop programs that make the community feel like home.
