Great video! Right to the point, get it done! Stumbled on this video today, just replaced my passenger side wheel bearing a month ago.
Something to consider when doing this job is to replace the front rotors and pads at the same time. I have a 4 wheel drilled slotted brake kit from Detroit Axle on my Rogue, and after 3 years I replaced the brakes at the same time I had to do the wheel bearing.
Use a quality part. Nissan "Select" parts are very competitive with Autozone or other aftermarket parts dealers, only Nissan select parts are purchased through Nissan dealers because they are higher quality and specs. The Nissan select wheel bearing is $125 from the dealer, as of November 23. The OEM bearing from Nissan is 3 times as much, but it if you can afford it.
Cheap bearings will wear out fast, especially if you over torque the axle nut. The Nissan select part is "pre-loaded" in the assembly when welded together and resist that same issue.
I live in the Northeast.. anti seize everything!
