In this video, we dive deep into the Ethereum Credit Guild Protocol, focusing on two key components: the Credit Token and the Peg Stability Manager (PSM).
🔹 Credit Token: This token is designed to be pegged to another token (mainly stable coins), ensuring its value remains stable to the pegged token. We explore its unique feature of being a rebasing token, where the total supply can change based on profits or losses.
🔹 Peg Stability Manager (PSM): The PSM is the backbone of the system, responsible for maintaining the 1:1 peg of the Credit Token to USDC.
🔹 Guild Token: We also touch upon the governance and voting token within the system, known as the "Guild Token", which plays a crucial role in the protocol's decision-making process.
🔹 Lending Term: Lastly, we explore the Lending Term, a smart contract with variable parameters that dictate how collateral tokens are deposited and Credit Tokens are minted.
