Some recruiters in France say to me its a bear market so there are no jobs in solidity.
But if it depends on the wave of market, its useless to learn it ?
It seems to me they often want back end engineer so it seems more interesting to learn Nestjs.
Learning Solidity will pay off tremendously. I highly recommend to learn it.
France is a small market, so you should also look at the international market, with online jobs. Also, there are different ways to position yourself: Fullstack web3, solidity only... Try to approach the problem in different ways.
As they say: fix the roof when it’s not raining .. meaning, when the market is slow, take time to learn new skills. I’m no expert on web3, but it is obvious that this is an important technology that will have many uses down the road, regardless of what is happening now.
It's funny seeing all these youtubers saying "You'll earn 3 figures in no time! Look $300,000 salary" meanwhile where I'm from in the UK we'll get around maybe £65,000 if we live in London. The average in Manchester is £31,000.

There is obviously some agism in the tech industry, but if you really want it, I don't see why you couldn't. Good devs are hard to come bye, employers cannot afford to be picky when they find one.

I have zero coding skill, planning to switch career as blockchain developers. Is it possible to get a job without computer science degree and only learn from courses and internet?
As of today, you need any kind of degree only if you plan to join a big company on a management level. A self-tought software engineer gets a job very well without it. Start with coding fundamentals, OOP, SOLID principles, clean code, unit testing etc. Continue with developing basic frontend and backend apps and learn both sides, incl. common databases, api calls etc.Then head over to Solidity or whatever you like. After 6-12 month, get a junior position, and you're in...or better say, on your way ;-)

If you have backend knowledge/experience (mostly likely Node and some DB to go along with it), plus some Solidity knowledge, you could easily apply for a entry-level position at any exchange or NFT game

Learn Solidity and how p2p networks, Ethereum, dapps and all this staff works. A lot of dapps and blockchain clients written in go (gEth for example)

Who develops the actual blockchains themselves. Blockchain developer just sounds like it’s someone who works with and on blockchains but doesn’t create blockchain.

Unfortunately the ungodly thieves are also using new technologies to steal and promote lies. 😢 Exodus 20:1-17 “Thou shalt not steal or bear false witness against your neighbor. With all these scams and deep fakes on the web it is amazing how many people are that deplorable to try and create schemes to defraud people on a massive scale. To make matters worse they are using deep fakes to make it seem as legitimate people are actually promoting these scams.
if anyone can modify or steal the code of an app then why would anyone want to spend the time to develop an app? If they try to monetize the app someone else can make the same exact app and not charge money
Good question. This is not entirely true, because most big Blockchain apps are quite complex, including many off-chain components, which are not all open source. Even if everything is open-source, it still takes skills to deploy and operate the infrastructure. Finally, even if you can do all these things, it doesn't mean you can steal the users of the first app (which is well lies the value).
I think that's the point that it's public info you can use it I can use it but it makes it transparent so you know exactly what you get. No special terms or small print no one usually reads. Everything the creator says it does you can verify before interacting with said app. It's the pint of decentralized.
Well that's also the point it's not stealing if it's public information. You can use the code from another app and implement your own changes or even improve on the app.
