Motorcycle Accessories For CB650R... www.amazon.com/dp/B08BFC9245?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share They made a drastic difference for me and they were pretty easy to install. cables ended up a bit tight, but not enough to consider unstrapping them. Just lean the handlebars back to get them in place, start the bolts, then rotate it into position towards you.
Hi, this windshield that you have. How much was it? I only found it for 165€, and for that money I could also get a taller windshield. (15cm taller than original) Are you happy with yours? I still have the original one on the highest setting, but speeds over 120kph are just unbearable, I'm tall and I get all the windbuffet hitting the top of my helm. I just can't decide, since with the big one it will look more like a tourer, whilst with your solution its more sporty... I think my next step will be trying remove shield completely and see what it feels like... Nice lil bike it is, wish you many happy miles!
Try fitting an extension to your original screen before you go spending loads of money. You can find them on e bay from 10 to 30 euros or dollars. They have a lot of adjustment and because they create a gap between the screen and the extension it helps take the wind over your helmet. Works for me and lots of others 😊
@@davidroberts7490 Thanks for ur feedback. Yeah I know about those extension things, but I really don't like the looks of them... Might be I'm a bit too fussy here, dunno. But def it would be cheapest solution yeah might consider one. Weather got so shit here again I didn't even get to test with the shield removed -_-
I removed the windshield completely, and really liked how the wind helped push me back and keep the weight off my hands. This is what made me decide to get the small windshield. To fix the buffeting, the wind needs to go either over your head or hit you in the chest. Remember, you can always cut the stock windshield shorter. Also, even with the low windshield I had to put it on the lowest setting for it to be comfortable but I do miss being able to get behind the shield. Luckily, they are easy to switch out.
Dang, that’s tricky. I have to go with the super cub because of the smile factor and ease of use. I also appreciate it’s simple elegance rather than the busy look of the 500X.

I'm looking at getting a 500x, are the stickers clear coated over or could they be removed? Thanks
They can all be removed
Did you have sufficient length with all the cables when installing the bar risers? Cheers
It was just enough length to force it in place. Tight fit, but got it in and have had no issues.

if you were to keep only one. which would remain and why
