    The Klay hate is crazy dude was one of the best 2 way players in the league before injuries

    • @SPRVLN27
      @SPRVLN27 28 дней назад +17

      Literally the most overrated player in NBA history. Dude averaged 19/3/2 for a career, with virtually any significant individual accolades, and made a living off open set shots because he played with two MVPs, three Final's MVPs, a DPOY, a Coach of the Year, and about a dozen all-stars.

      Bro if you’re not producing then stop hooping until ur ready. We can’t just keep feeling sorry and let him hold the team back cause he had an injury 5 years ago. Paul George broke his entire leg and does way more moves to create his shot and played great when he came back. KD tor his ACL and came back nice. All we need from klay is consistency. I’m tired of the excuses. Curry has had to carry this team for 5 years bro, if they want to win, something’s gotta change.

      Still couldn’ make atleast 1 shot tho bro…

    • @malcolmlewis5102
      @malcolmlewis5102 29 дней назад +17

      For him to adjust his game. It’s not difficult to process. It was evident when he came back that he had worked on his ball handling and playmaking and he displayed that initially. However, as time went on, he gradually reverted to the same go to moves that used to work (one to two dribble pull up, cross right to left, one dribble pull up), but they don’t work anymore. He has no counters when those moves don’t work and he’s shooting more 3’s than ever. He needs to be less reliant on 3’s and accept the fact that he can still get two point shots which make his nights easier. His field goal percentage has dropped negatively because he does nothing else but shoot 3’s and when they don’t fall, he’s virtually useless. You can’t be that and a liability on defense. Opponents see him defending and they see dog meat. Keegan Murray been taking his lunch money the past two seasons. Klay could easily average 20, and be more of a consistent contributor on offense, but he’s unwilling to take better, smarter shots. it’s hurting him, putting more pressure on Steph as the only other shooter on the floor and the only person who can create offense for himself. The criticism isn’t about a lack of appreciation. The man has been killing the team and they’ve accepted his regression with class by continuing to offer him contract extensions. He says Kobe was his favorite player. He didn’t recognize in all those years of idolizing Kobe that Kobe added things to his game? That when the athleticism was no longer something that was the priority for creating shots, the fundamentals helped him sustain? Klay is making the transition uglier than it has to be. Gilbert Arenas said it best, “you’re asking someone who’s never had to change their game to change their game.” But your job as a pro is to train and add things to your game, even when you’re not being told to do it. That man knows that he can’t blow past people at this point. Cool. Figure out another to get your spots using your fundamentals and footwork. Stop settling on a 3, get closer to the basket. Post up more. You’re still a 6’7” shooting guard with your shoes on.

The guy has bled for us all these years, multi champion, given us pride and joy, brought life to the franchise, makes us proud to be a warrior for many many years, a warrior legend, and hes having an off season and you throw him under the bus? For all that hes done for us? Cmon get real. Don't forget others played their part in us not winning including the coaching staff. We were at the bottom of the play in tournament, that's a team fault, not an individual. Plus the west is staaacked... I hope and Klay comes back and is a part of the team. Yes we need to get younger as a team, but that's a process now and will take time.

Our ball and man movement needs to improve as a team. We need a couple more players to reeach as goal. Klay you are a great player. Keep on keeping on! God is good! Stay the course. Not only is Klay Thompson one of the greatest basketball players of all time and a Hall of Famer he is also one of the classiest players ever. Let's not forget that he hit monumental shots during crucial games to win games and championships. He holds the NBA record for most points in a quarter, 37 points. That's right 37 points. And after injury to his knee and Achilles heel he still was able to average 18 points on limited playing time. Give this man his money and hang up his jersey.

Not everyone is curry or bron. He was useless last playoffs. And again in a elimination game. Even in 2022 when they won. Warriors can’t just waste years waiting on klay hoping for a comeback.

I'm referring to all players on all teams.....let's remember, they go through things as well. Appreciate them, your fav teams, for the dedication and entertainment they provide for us. They endure wishy washy fans... when they're good, everyone is with them, but when they're bad, everyone hate them. That's not cool at all. So to be popular, they try their best to be the best in order to please ppl. They deserve real love from real fans, and they need prayer b

      And Klay just so happened to have another Achilles injury in one leg and an ACL tear in the other. He is *NOT* meant to be in the starting lineup as a second scoring option.

    Let’s be clear: This is one of the best shooters to ever touch a basketball. The media and fans disrespect towards this future Hall of Famer is preposterous. To overcome the type of injuries he faced and willed his way back into the game on top of adjusting to the many changes of his role deserves more appreciation than what is being given. No one has walked in his shoes and had to endure what he had to endure. It’s funny how others can criticize and be so critical when they don’t have a clue what “THEY” would do if they had to go through what he went through. Your mental health has to be solid to live through the lens of the public and remain tempered and poised. Klay I give you your flowers now Man of God, and not when you gone. Hold your head!!! Put some “RESPECT “ on his NAME!!! Blessings!!!

But what u say kinda has some truth to it. Some of the young guys kinda don’t know how to pay with him. Like pods and klay at the beginning of the season had no chemistry at all but as time went by they got good and all so I’m still very hopeful

    Give your fears to the LORD Klay & He will sustain you. Don't let the media, fans, or anyone else get inside your head. I know some people who wouldn't have come back from 2 back to back serious injuries so I applaud your effort, your strength, your determination, & your will. Who says a team has to be in the playoffs every single year? When you spoil fans with 4 wins, they always want more & when it isn't delivered they turn on you, but only "true fans" will stick by you. Some teams don't have a win at all let alone a ring so just keep being you, stay humble, & watch your blessings flow.
