@ for the story to have any depth, it’s much better to believe we were seeing it from the 3rd person perspective about Authur, instead of saying Authur is telling the story. There is comic book version in DC in their Alternative Universe Edition; That Joker( Before he became that) was raised by the Waynes , and became Bruce's older brother. When their parents were murder he became a crime fighter for justice so did Batman. However, Batman in that universe goes off the deep end as killing his enemies while the Joker believes that everyone can become good and be given a chance as the Waynes gave to him. When they adopted Arthur, it brought a smile to my face.
It just shows if Arthur was loved and something to live for, he wouldn't have become the Joker. It's really sad

Yes, in a way, they helped create the Joker.
@@liberpolo5540 yes but isn't it beautiful? at least it makes more sense than Thomas becoming batman while his wife becoming joker in flashpoint paradox. Arthus has a mental illness that forces him to laugh when he's in pain, it's gone away when the wayne adopt him and raise him but then it came back to him when he witnessed their deaths. So joker and batman duo heroes is born, and I really want a comic book story for it, in alternate universe.
Pretty accurate metaphor for the rich and the poor in America.

Isn't it gonna be flashpoint thing with one person going to be villain and the other with be the hero.
You could do it like Flashpoint where Bruce was killed instead of Thomas and Martha. Thomas became Batman and Martha became Joker. In this reality you could have Bruce become Joker and Arthur become Batman.
