Thank you for all these videos explaining everything, these minute long intros really hurt a lot to watch but a lot of very good information lol hoping to start in the sport next spring once I buy everything I need so far have the rifle and handgun need a shotgun and the belt setup

BullittMcQueen oh yeah l, he runs good matches at the DGC. 3 gun ceased there due to lack of people interested in shooting shotgun which I hate because I live shotgun. It's probably my favorite out the 3. He still runs some close quarters 2 gun.
Not ONE word about sighting plane or barrel length. I'm fine with what I have -- I don't need a "long-slide" version! Thanks.

great info. OC trigger!! i put these on my glocks and have been pleased.....until... a friend had me shoot his Zev ultimate. wow. that was a light trigger pull. have you tried zev? thoughts on z vs oc?
Have not tried the Zev but you must have read my mind. As I was editing this video I thought about getting a Zev to review

Thank you for the video. I will gladly admit im New to 3 gun and competition shooting but I see a Major issue here so I think. At right 4:35 you draw for the second time in demonstration and I slow always slow things down to the slowest speed to understand the stroke and what you are doing. When I did this I notice that the belt And holster get Way out of shape on the draw and almost seam like its out of control like a flapping ear on a Elephant. Now like I said I have NO idea but from what I see this is Not how I would want my draw stroke. The belt might move a little up when you draw but not 5 inches that cant be good. If you slow the video down you will see your pants and belt are yanked up about 4 inches or so. Look at before the stroke and then stop the video where the holster is about over your front pocket.. The draw starts at 5 inches below the pocket and ends up above it. I think I would want a Smooth draw where the belt and holster is NOT moving much at all. Im asking not being a know it all but from what I see its not good or is it??

+Ryan Donahue No direct experience with gen 4 but my 2 favorite mag wells are the ZEV ( which I use) or Taran Tactical. I'm sure they have a version that works with Gen 4
What you think about Hoppner & Schumann Speedsec 4 holster for Glock 17? Is it good enough for 3Gun?
Have not tried that one, but you need to make sure it is secure. Don't want the gun falling out while moving
Longevity out of a Glock barrel.......FUNNY! Glock barrels last FOR.....EVER as it is. There is no need in replacing it with something else.
Lincoln Pope agreed unless your shooting cast uncoated lead then the stock barrel is more accurate than 90% of us will ever shoot
