Season 1 just shades it for me. Billy Bob and Martin Freeman were just sensational together.Very excited about S3,great start, wondering whats the significance of the opening scene in Berlin!
I like how each season has a standout charismatic character that you can listen to them talk for hours and never get bored. S1: Lorne Malvo S2: Mike Milligan S3: VM Varga
This season is amazing so far, the plot is intriguing and VM Varga has to be one of my favorite Fargo characters ever. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds.
I'm fascinated to see what happened to Mr. Wrench (the def hitman) after he left the hospital in season 1. What happened to Mike Milligan from season 2. And Charlie Gerhardt-the last surviving member of the Gerhardt syndicate from season 2. And Peggy Bloomquist. By 2010 she wold have spent 21 years in jail. Maybe she get out and she has a role in season 3. That's my list of people any of whom I would love to see in season 3. Or at least find out what happened to them.
I love this show so much. It seems a song in each season captivates me. Season 1 it was Midnight Love by Tennishero where Lorne Malvo and Lester are at the bar in episode 9. In season 2 it's Hanzee walking across the field while Yama Yama was playing. And now season 3 it was the two characters walking into the card game while Prisencolinensinainciusol is playing, just awesome.
Did you need to look up the spelling of Prisencolinensinainciusol? Or are you some kind of geek who can just recall it anytime, anyplace? Very cool song but I always seem to forget the spelling ;).
I'm betting she copied and pasteededededd! Just going back and reading some of these comments to better understand the connection between the seasons. Got a kick out of your comment!
For me, Fargo is the best written tv-show I've ever seen! The cinematography and style also is fascinating and beautiful, even in a cold and loveless land lime Minnesota on winther... The characters are funny, kind of silly but still believable figures. No character is a filler or uninteresting.. I freaking loved one and two... three is still awesome but not as good as the first 2 IMO
"best written tv show" wow it was so predictable to me!! The main character in season 1 was not believable at all. His acting was pretty bad. He acts as if he knows a camera is on him at all times. Not natural; in fact he didn't even audition for the roll, which was a bad mistake. Season 2 was better, but still didn't provide any suspense or big plot twist. Its like you knew what was going to happen. Maybe you just can't read it like that. Good for you
You forgot to mention the other similarities, Will the character Ben Schmidt return since he to was in both the 1st and 2nd season, also Will Steve Buscemi and Oliver Platt's money be found again? I'm still also holding out hope that Stavros Milos will return again, since he didn't die in the first season even though most of the series revolved around him being tortured by Malvo.
I heard either Ray or Emmitt, can't remember which now, mention Stan Grossman's name in the 1st episode. When I heard it, the person I was watching it with, stopped and looked at me and I stopped and looked at him. That's all I can think of.
i think returning characters that would make sense coming back could be either the deaf hitman or mike milligan even if he is in kansas city but i would love to see a final showdown between lou solverson and milligan in season 3 or future seasons if they could do it correctly
I'm confused is Hanzee dead or not? I get the card he gets says Mose and Mose dies in season 1, but in that same scene Hanzee says he needs a Faceman meaning "A Face of an company or organization" so does that mean Hanzee isnt dead? And he just paid some dude to pretend to be the leader of the fargo mob?
I'm pretty sure he ment "face man" as in a plastic surgeon to fix his disfigured face. It's pretty clear on that scene that he's assuming that new identity.
Do you think they should make a 4th season? Do you mind if it's in 3 years? Idc how long it takes to find the inspiration, maybe pay other writers, ask other writers what they can come up with, get a good story and do it !!!! We want 7 more of these 😊 Pleeeeeeeaaaaaase.... Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase !!!!!!!!!
considering they're making references to "the 70's" in the previews, my guess of a returning character (& or connections to any) would be from season 2. Perhaps the Blomquists-- Ed & Peggy? Wait....Peggy survived , Solverson took her off to jail in the end. Did Ed survive? wow....i can't seem to recall. maybe Peggy will be Ray's parolee!! haha
Two reasons to watch Fargo Season 3--Ewan McGregor. I've no doubt that there are a lot of Ewan McGregor fans watching this franchise for the first (and probably last) time because of him. I will be really peeved if they kill either of the Stussy brothers or their companions.
Although they don't affect the story for each season, there's fun little connections between each season, like some characters are shown or mentioned between seasons 1 and 2, so hopefully there'll be some familiar faces or mentions in the 3rd season.

idk, I'm on episode 3 of season 3 and it is really boring.......nothing is happening!!! Season 1 was absolutely amazing. Season 2 was not as good as season 1 but was still great. season 3 is starting to suck.....
Really did not like season 3. No humor, black or otherwise. Just a lot of bad feelings and tragedy and totally unsatisfying ending... with all plot turns stemming from stupid people doing stupid things...
What did you think of the first two seasons of Fargo?
Amazeballs!!
season 1 was better than season 2
Season 2 was my favorite
Where is episode 1 analysis and breakdown?
Season 1 just shades it for me. Billy Bob and Martin Freeman were just sensational together.Very excited about S3,great start, wondering whats the significance of the opening scene in Berlin!

Who do you think it is in Season 4?
@@josecastillo-lj7no Chris Rock

David Thewlis was amazing as Varga, very mysterious character.

I think you've got your answer for Mr Wrench..
he kills the older brother
David Thewlis everybody!
In my country his name kinda sounds like saying “little god” funnily enough.

Thats why I downloaded that song! Priscwhatevah. I'll look for the others. Agree- the music is spot on in each series!
Jim Gaffigan dropped out of production and unfortunately is not in the show. His part was recast with Mark Forward.

Any more connections between the 1996 Fargo film and Fargo TV series besides the ice scraper?
I heard either Ray or Emmitt, can't remember which now, mention Stan Grossman's name in the 1st episode. When I heard it, the person I was watching it with, stopped and looked at me and I stopped and looked at him. That's all I can think of.
..intriguing....
Big fan of the show. I rate high in terms of the best TV shows.
Promises, promises...We´re waiting for the breakdown of S3E1... :)

The new identity being Moses who is killed by Lorne Malvo in season 1...so yes now he is dead. 🤫
Season 2 was so fucking good I can’t bring myself watch season 3
Why
Did you watch it? Was it worth it? I am the same here, I loved first 2 and season 3 feels boring and I don't feel like watching
Do you think they should make a 4th season? Do you mind if it's in 3 years? Idc how long it takes to find the inspiration, maybe pay other writers, ask other writers what they can come up with, get a good story and do it !!!! We want 7 more of these 😊

Love the Fargo season's....let's see more 👍🏾❤️
I know the guy who feel in the icy water wont be returning lol
Jim Gaffigan? Haven't seen him yet
mindblowinglygood
Because Shea Whigham is in it 💜💜💜
I can help!
Do you have to watch season 1 and 2?
No, they're all self-contained stories.
But you should watch them anyway, there great !

No Jim Jim Gaffigan!
G00d job buddeh 🖒
idk, I'm on episode 3 of season 3 and it is really boring.......nothing is happening!!! Season 1 was absolutely amazing. Season 2 was not as good as season 1 but was still great. season 3 is starting to suck.....
S3 is an absolute disappointment.
Totally boring! Insane how people are saying it’s good 🤣🤪
Really did not like season 3. No humor, black or otherwise. Just a lot of bad feelings and tragedy and totally unsatisfying ending... with all plot turns stemming from stupid people doing stupid things...
S3 is awful.
3 is my favorite. With 330 million people in the US, you will diff opinions.
I'm trying SO hard to understand why people like this show so much!!!
well, it s hard to be a teenager right ?
