let's go start
1. press the Windows key and type In the Control Panel and click on Control Panel into the search bar.
2. click on category and choose the Large icons.
3. Locate Print Spooler in the list of services
4. click on Devices and Printers.
5. Find your Printer and Right-click on Print then select the Properties
6. select Ports and click
7. see you the connection ports is present lpt3 and change the USB Port because this printer is directly connection of the PC.
