After watching the interview with Tabari, I think Vern may need to change the narrative that he is not a good communicator because he is very articulate at verbal communication , and I believe that if he did pause his interaction with Vern, it was because as he said, he could read the room.
She’s not gonna do that. She is sticking beside her “he’s not communicating” because it fits better than just being honest and saying we’re not a good fit, like she did with Jabari.

I think if Stormi’s tears were legit and she was sincerely hurt, there’s no way that she would have rejoined the cast. The fact that she came back out and engaged with Ashley and the cast lends validity to CWays point that she was crying out of embarrassment. Once she got past the embarrassing situation, she was sitting there with Ashley like it was all good. 🤔
Truth is Kirstin and Stormi had vibes. He called her beautiful and asked her what she was drinking like he was going to buy her another drink! Lol.
Tabari is a class act. He was vulnerable, authentic and self aware. This is what emotional intelligence looks like and it was refreshing to hear a man articulate his thoughts and feelings in the manner he did.
Vern thrives off the attention she gets from these panels and IG comments..just to say “girl my block list is long but my DM’s are open”….middle aged woman but still very immature in her thinking. No this doesn’t take away from her being a boss/etc but in relationship areas, there’s a huge weakness that only she can correct
So unfortunate - she only seems to like people who don’t like her for anything long term. Let’s not forget how territorial she was with Joel in RTL. She turned him right off. ALL….BY……HERSELF. She also doesn’t take accountability - all the ladies struggled with that.
What will she do now that she’s not on TV and a new RTL is coming back on Friday?? 😢 long forgotten she will be 😂

I feel although it was 2 weeks, he was confused as to what transpired that caused her to be so rude and brash when she told him she did not choose him. It is not that she did not chose him, just how she did it and they never had an ugly moment that would cause her to be ugly towards him.
I’m with Aries…the show needs like an analyst or therapist to help some of these people. All of the ladies need some deep psychotherapy…esp Ashlee. Shareese blowing up on her cast mates, Zadia not listening and. Vern needs anger management lol
After the interview with Tabari his glass was half empty and so was Vern’s again hurt people hurt people. Vern should have just cut it off with Tabari!
Jabari is a 9-5 person. Tabari has 3 jobs, and he didn't have the time to run after her. Does she want a high value man or not. Imo, Vern likes the chase, not the capture. She's just too good for anyone, in her mind. She'll probably still be dating well into her sixties.

I think the criticism for Vern is due to the nastiness and disposition she displayed towards Tabari in his exit and even the way she spoke about him after. Just like Aries was skeptical of Tabari’s feelings/hurt in 2 weeks of dating, it’s easily as puzzling why Vern was so mad with Tabari after 2 weeks of dating. He didn’t do anything warranting her anger and disgust. I’m sure at over 40 she’s dealt with not having effective communication and having to move on from someone before. There’s a way to be gracious in that. She showed him as much disgust as she showed Joel for exiting their relationship and it just shows the hurt that she walks around with. But she masks it under the guise of not settling and being strong. No ma’am, you’re just closed off and frankly bitter

Don probably sees Ashley be as a way to get on TV. He says he wants to be in front of the camera. He was probably acting the entire time.
I’m team Zadia I think she’s a lovely lady with her degree DST sorority and has a lot going on with herself her feelings were genuine and Cam’s eyes just lit up every time she walked in I knew she would realize in the end but he was cute to her just like her friend Camille said I believe that Cam wasn’t ready to put the work in but I believe he liked her despite what’s being said😊
The host did a horrible job of asking proper questions and holding the ladies accountable but what did we expect? A bunch of “yes girl, he did you wrong you’re so much better off girl” energy. Tuh!
Exactly, the host and the other lady, forget her name, was such a big turn off. They both IMO are harboring past hurt and probably need relationship guidance themselves. IJS

The show was for the women to do the choosing; the men probably couldn’t leave of their own accord, per their contract
30:30 Yes, women do it too. We want a traditional man who pays all the bills yet want to be more modern in the way we are. Sis, if you have children out of wedlock, not coming straight from your father’s home to that man’s home, there’s no way you can be traditional. Just like if that man isn’t paying for all of the bills or has baby mamas everywhere, he’s not traditional either. We all need to get over wanting traditional because no one is actually doing it yet demanding it for the other.
And similar to the term or idea that everyone views dating differently, the same can be said for the word/phrase traditional. For most people I know, they use traditional as if the man should provide 100% financially yet she wouldn’t want to be home with kids and/or to be free to spend her money wherever she wants.

Regarding Stormy, I’m with Aries and Araba. I just did not see it, I didn’t get that Stormy was being flirtatious. The conversation did not flow so obviously it was chopped up and edited. I need to see the unedited version. As far as Ashlee, she said it herself in an interview that her and Stormy are ‘friendly’ from their previous season, but they are not friends. They didn’t keep in touch after their season, at all. The way Ashlee tells it, she was surprised to see it was Stormy representing her at the friend’s episode. Therefore, this whole act on the stage during the reunion calling Stormy ‘friend’ was FAKE.
Now he certainly liked what he saw, and Ashlee completely overlooked that, gave him a pass! All that heat for Stormy but not a word to him! Just like he liked what he saw when he had the date with Zaida, kept telling her she’s beautiful.

Ashlee was running over Don like a freight train aka Don needed to check Ashlee first and foremost before his friend came on the scene. From the time Ashlee made comments about his wardrobe and of course Don’s friend felt a type of way about Ashlee’s treatment of Don. Ashlee could have been more suttle.

Hear me out: R2L make a move could have worked had it been 4 new female characters in NOLA who wanted to make a move into a relationship with a guy from
Nola. Or even if they revisited a previous season with 4 women from the same season to make a move..either 2 fan faves and 2 who may have gone early and give them a shot.
It’s a good concept but they need to change the premise. No logical woman with her own thing going on elsewhere is going to pick up and move for a man after just a few weeks of courtship. Especially if that courtship is happening in a reality show, which is really so far from reality. Maybe call the spinoff show ‘Still Ready to Love’.

I don't think that we've seen her in enough male-dominated situations, to determine whether she has a tendency to go off on women more than men...
This show was an epic fail. The concept would be fine if the recruited women and men that could provide receipts for doing healing and wholeness work via counseling/therapy. They may look good on the outside but that's not enough to prove they are ready for love.

2:21:42 My issue with stormy is that it did not look like she redirected the conversation back to Ashley at all. Even if it was just Kirstin flirting with her she should have created distance by bringing back up Ashley and further check their connection. And when they discussed the date stormy could have been blunt and let her know Kirsten ain’t the one boo, like how Camille did for Zadia when she clocked Cam does not have the time for a serious relationship.

I'm not understanding blaming Ashley for Stormi's behavior. The reason she likely didn't say anything is because you shouldn't have to correct your friend flirting with the guy you are interested in and Stormi's should have read her discomfort. By her not doing so proves she was into the guy so much wasn't focused on anything else. THAT'S WILD! Things like this you don't need to discuss it, you just take note. It was brought up at the reunion so it had to be talked about it. But as adults certain behaviors shouldn't need correcting. Ashley probably doesn't want to lose the friendship but its clear you can't maintain a friendship like that

What I took from Vern is that she and Tabari are not equally yoked. To me they don’t look like they go together and lifestyle/career-wise I couldn’t picture them together. Based on his interview, he didn’t seem to be mentally stimulated by her. I listened to his interview carefully. He wasn’t inspired to try harder. I didn’t agree that she wasn’t interested in him. I think she needs alot of attention and she wasn’t getting enough attention from him and she was angry about that. I think that’s why she came at him with so much anger. It made her have flashbacks of previous relationships that didn’t work out. No offense, but they were total opposites and I don’t think he was into her either as far as a serious relationship. He basically said it on the interview but in a nice way. She wanted him to chase her and call her all the time but he didn’t feel inspired to do so because he knew she wasn’t his person and she really didn’t show him any qualities to make him want more. Women need to realize men aren’t going to chase you forever simply based on looks. Men are also looking for some substance.
Maurice has a military background no one has thought about if he has to go on a deployment and since Sharesse has not learned to deal with women in the life of a military spouse or girlfriend you definitely at some point have have a support system so I say go luck Sharesse even if Maurice is Reserve or National Guard.
Maurice is retire from the military. He was in it back when desert storm was going on in 93.
They won't deploy Maurice, because he's retired. My child is way younger than him and they won't deploy him.
Sharesse ain’t gonna want no kids! and Maurice hasn’t seen Sharesse 2.0 yet. Previously Sharesse had issues with every guy. Sharesse had issues with a guy who wore a vest she was knit picking until a guy gave her what she wanted.
