Solid review! My only issues with this figure is the helmet scanner post breaks very easily. You have to be super careful when moving it up and down. Its kinda bendable so when it does start to bend be careful when straightening it back out. Straightening the post back out is what eventually broke mine.
The ankle articulation is very limited making him hard to balance in some poses. I agree with you, the knee joints could of looked better when there bent (I try to hide them as much as possible when snapping shots which limits your posing options).
Also, beware if you try certain posses his body/torso area will snap out of it's joints, which it snaps back together pretty easy. The knife weapon on his arm pops out, I ended placing a lil blue tack/puddy to help keep it in place while I'm out moving around taking pictures..
Overall this is one of the best figures I own and anybody that gets him won't be disappointed.
All of the Movie Realization figures are excellent. They're a Samurai/Steampunk mashup, which is why the gun is a flint-lock. The Weapons are made to look like something from the 19th Century, thus why the upcoming Sandtrooper comes with a giant hand-held cannon a la the experiments the Japanese made with large cannonball firing devices that could be carried by troops.
I have both Vader Variants plus two Stormtroopers and Fett and they're all totally awesome. I didn't even notice there was a problem with that Scabbard. I should take a look at mine when I get home tonight because I'm pretty sure you can rotate that out of the way.
The leg articulation does suffer on all of the figures mostly due to the fact they all have really baggy pants on the upper legs.
I have found Fett seems more limited than the other figures released so far.

I always mistake these figures for being Play Arts Kai. But clearly these are better than our more recent Play Arts figures.

I only just learned about the meisho Star Wars figures. I HAD to have one. Just got the Boba and Jango figures. Very satisfied. Easily 2 of the coolest figures ive ever owned

The sculptor, Takeya Takayuki, is an artist whose work I've been following. He also did the Revoltech Kaiyodo Buddhist collection and the Okimono series (dragon, kirin, skeleton, horse).

Great honest review as always. I like the Storm Trooper from this line as well. The Darth Vader is meh in my opinion.

The girdle not being floating is a bit disappointing. I have the Darth Vader figure and his girdle is floating (suggesting that for whatever reason, Tamashii simplified for Boba Fett).
It's like it has a samurai look with a hint of steampunk,Looks good tho!

nothing inexpensive that connects to your camera will produce quality audio.
