Normally I don't understand hindi but your videos are quite accurate, I think you must be one of the few guys out there who's using logical approach when evaluating pokemon. It'd better if you could put english sub for better comm.
I worked on establishing a guideline for anime&game and making them standardized giving a rational, logical and accurate answer for what would be the ranking, strength etc if pokemon were real.
For people to understand the easiest approach as if you consider pokemon as FIFA players. They have stats, they are increased as they fight, they can be boosted when focused on certain stats by training, but they have potential and they also have certain traits such as having adamant nature but those are expanded by me, as traits are too shallow in games. Those potentials and traits are innate and inherited by breeds. Also some traits can be learned later through training.
For logical approach I 90% of the times try to exclude mega ev or gigantamax or whatver comes after sinnoh as they are extremely inconsistent and was not standardized both in games and anime. Certain pokemon got, certain couldn't based on not stats, but merchandise. Therefore try to avoid mega ev or gig as much as possible when talking about realism.
And the other stuff I want to mention is, in realism you should discard 4 moves and 100 level limits. As talked before potentials and stats are better way to approach in general. As move wise use proficiency. The more you use; the better, sttronger and faster you'll use the move. And the more train on your speed and agility and reactions, faster and better you'll be able to dodge. If you work on your durability even x2 damages become weaker on you(This is canon and proven by anime where a trainer trained a walrus or some seal-like pokemon to tank the x2 damages).
Also one last thing, noone has ever mentioned but there is a power inflation that is accepted by showrunners on japanese interviews. As they said fights become longer after Sinnoh by making pokemon more durable to hits. Which means prior to BW all Pokemon even Darkrai was one or two shot knock-out. After BW if you watch all Pokemon can tank a lot even the canon fodder pokemon like oshawott was able to tank 4 moves from a high rank pokemon Hydreigon which were Dragon Pulse, Tri Attack, Double Hit and Dragon Rush respectively. So from my observation a suitable conversion factor for prior to BW and after BW would be 1:5, you must multiply the hp pool or divide the damage dealt by 5 to get the exact amount of inflation to get an idea about for example how Darkrai would perform after BW. Or how Greninja would perform prior to BW.
I'll try to evaluate Pokemon after BW because it is quite updated. But when in comparison I'll use the conversion factor to evaluate which Pokemon is better on even grounds. Because when you put Alain's Charizard on the line that Charizard can sweep entire leagues Kanto to Sinnoh, all the elite 4 and champions Kanto to Sinnoh without a sweat.
So in my every comment keep in mind that I'll try to be as much objective and logical and rational as possible. But guruji did a fantastic job with the list although I'll have to disagree with few of them, the list I'll be sharing down below will be very much supportive.

2-Pikachu 90-91(Sinnoh stats) 92-93 Potential with having electroball, volt tackle, iron tail, thunderbolt mega combo. (Heavy Hitter, Medium Durable, Light-footed, Tank Basher, Quick)
3-Dragonite 82-83 having potential of 92-95 (Fighter, Heavy Hitter, Nuke, Medium Durable, Possible Tank, Strong)
4-Sceptile 80-81 potential of 94-96 (Critical hits, quick, durable, possible Nuke)
5-Infernape 79-80 potential 89-90 (Hard hitter, strong, durable)
6-Greninja(no mega ev) 78-79 mega ev 85-86 (Check conversion factor) (Greninja fans out there, I know but I can't justify putting %50 WR Greninja over any of the above. Medium hits, squishy, quick)
7-Snorlax 76-78 with 78 potential (Yeah Snorlax was already a powerhouse and established when Ash caught him. Can't think it going anyfurther than that. Both hard-hitter and heavy-tank, Nuke)
8-Swellow 74-76 with 78 potential (Swellow was the strongest basic flying pokemon Ash ever got. Not open to discussion just check out the stats and matches)
9-Heracross 73-74 stats with 80 potential (Although Heracross has no evolution it's quite a powerhouse TANK when it's a rotation player)
10-Gliscor 72-73 stats with 82 potential (Gliscor was a late bloomer but writers choose to abandon Sinnoh squad before Gliscor got the actual chance to improve)
11-Krookodile 72 solid stats with 81 potential (Same fate as Gliscor)
12-Lycanroc 70 solid points (Lycanroc was a last second powerhouse)
13-Glalie-Gengar Tie 66-68 with 78-80 potential (I don't think that Gengar is good nor a powerhouse at this stage especially having physical attacks while Gengar being specialist)
14-Noivern 65-66 with 85-86 potential (Another late bloomer but Noivern really got that something special in him)
15-Kingler 65 Solid. (Kingler was a wildcard back then. Not improved much but proved to be strong)
16-Corphish 64 Solid. (Corphish was trained enough and reached max of his potential. If he evolved it could boost him a little but 64 was a really strong state when thinking his rivals)
17-Noctowl a 63 solid. (Same with Corphish but Noctowl cannot evolve.)
18-Donphan a 61-62. (Trained enough, did good, shown not much potential)
19-Buizel 60 Solid. (Same with Corphish although Corphish is a strong hitter and more durable than Buizel)
20-Pignite 59-60. One of the last strong choices Ash can choose from.
Legendary or partial ownership such as Nebby not included. Bulbasaur or Squirtle not incuded intentionally! Incineroar not included as we couldn't see it in proper league match! Baby pokemon like Gible and Riolu not included since they don't have enough ev to cover the exact state.
Pokemon like Goodra and Torterra are utterly garbage! Therefore they aren't included. They have awful stats and they are badly trained. That is due to Ash being a trainer who specialized in fast, agile pokemon. Goodra and Torterra are super slow to fit in Ash's game style. For example Snorlax although being massive he is super agile and Ash's doing fantastic job with him.
Nuke pokemon are explained such as Snorlax Hyper-beam or Latios Luster Purge or Empoleon Hydra Cannon or Venusaur Solar Beam. Maybe I should also post my excel about traits. But it's already long enough, don't think anyone can read but only people who enjoys pokemon passionately could.
