    DISCRIPTION
    Kunafa is an Arabic Middle Eastern dessert.
    This is a very easy Vermicelli Kunafa recipe.
    INGREDIENTS
    *For filling
    Milk 1 cup
    Cream 1/2 cup
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
    Mozerella cheese (optional) 1/4 cup
    Mix all ingredients .cool them until thickens.
    Add Mozerella cheese.turn off the flame.set aside.
    *Prepare sugar syrup
    Sugar 1 cup
    Water 3/4 cup
    Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Dissolve sugar on medium to low flame.add lemon juice.simmer for 3_4 minutes. Turn off flame.set aside.
    *Prepare kunafa dough
    Vermicelli 1 packet
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Powder sugar 2 tsp
    Crush Vermicelli with hands.add butter and sugar.mix them.
    Lay half of the Vermicelli in the baking pan.press down to compact.
    Add the filling.
    Cover it with more Vermicelli.
    Bake at pre-heated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
    Let it cool down.
    Pour sugar syrup on the top of the kunafa.
    Rest it for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
