DISCRIPTION
INGREDIENTS
Desi ghee/ ghee (clarified butter) 3/4 cup
Caster Sugar 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Besan (gram flour) 3_1/2 tbsp
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Grinded cardamom 1 tsp
METHOD
Pre heat oven at 175°C.
Mix sugar and ghee.
Add baking powder,besan,flour, and grinded cardamom .
Mix them.
Make small balls.
Apply egg yolk and almonds on the top.
Bake at 175°C for 20_ 25 minutes.
Let them cool down completely.
After that, remove them from baking tray.
Store them in an air-tight jar for up to 2 to 3 weeks.
