@aghildas3430 I think the issue came after they updated their engine to BS6 emissions norms. There is something called a diesel particulate filter which deposits soot. Soot is nothing powder-like form of amorphous carbon. Soot can be removed only by driving the car at a certain speed and rpm. You can check the dpf issue by browsing through the Internet.
