Yeah, that is strange. They should add it before release.
Its not flying, if he stops attacking/getting attacked, he begins to fall, but yeah its still kinda weird non flying characters get infinite jumps (mid air) and then stay up there while fighting.
im hoping that they make a scene that videl or gohan teach satan to fly just for this game cannon or not

Yes.. everybody's aura looks exactly the way it looked in the anime no matter if it was from z or super. It's cool. My only issue is that rage trunks aura is cool but it could be slightly better because kaioken Goku's aura is more accurate... It's straight up sick
Also I think rage trunks should have lightning because he's beyond ssj2 and he had lightning in the show
The auras looked awesome, but some games still had the characters battle with the aura still active, not just for charging. I'm hoping they can change it before the game is fully out. Guess we will see.
@@b.y.o.p.9035 yeah the Budokai games and the tenkaichi games all had the aura that would get more and more intense the higher your ki gauge filled. They do need to figure out how to implement that.. I also think they leave certain things out on purpose when it's difficult to fix because they would rather spend time making the game well fleshed out and then make all the other minor tweaks with a sequel

In DB characters were getting absolutely obliterated so it makes sense to want to have that same feature in game
i hope they bring the mechanic from Infinite World instead, where the health bar would crack if you beat your opponent with a super OR it would totally shatter if you did a lot of damage in the last hit/super. i always thought it was sick

there’s really just fighterz and that is a different type of fighting game
I got to be real with you guys. This game isn’t going to keep me away from playing the PS2 or even the PSP version for that matter. This game is way too flashy to the point I feel like they focused more on the graphics and cut scenes than anything else. The impact on the hits From combos and blasts don’t even feel heavy. Whoever was the sound Director for this sucked badly. The transformations also suck the fun out of it. The way transformations were in PlayStation 2 felt super hyped. Extremely hard to explain, but it’s just not the same feel. The characters don’t even look like they’re from the same game as the background. I’m still going to get it and play it, but it is telling that unreal engine is ruining the gaming industry by how it makes games look and play.

The camera still seems to glitch a lot, showing the inside of structures or below the ground, I hope they figure it out in these months before release because this game looks stunning and incredibly fun

That’s not a bug though. They did it intentionally so the ground or structure doesn’t block the view. I mean imagine if the ground or structure blocks the whole view of the screen. It’s just not viable gameplay wise.

I'm surprised by how much it saddened me that the fight continued even though Vegeta was lying on the grass outside of the World Tournament Arena. Loved in the older games how that map was kind of special and staying on the arena was actually important.

I absolutely love that Ki changes with each form. Love it. Looks like skill is also gonna play a big part too, like blockinh throws and stuff, not just spamming teleport and specials. So excited.

@@kingc1331noo that's the point! It fit the fact u can't sense or feel anymore his ki! cause now he has got a God ki! Ssj God is not a "powerful trasnformation of full strenght". Indeed, it makes the difference with the brute strength and anger of a Saiyan and is a more refined and "elegant" transformation, which only those with a pure heart, a god, can have. This is also why they made the red ssj god slim instead of even more muscular.
So that transition is not intense, it's smooth af

He is buffed as his ki restore now as the infinite energy model (17 and 18 exclusive mechanic). No longer you need to drain opponent ki to restore yours.

I miss when the characters would have a small aura built up around them while you punched and did normal movements if you had enough ki, it was so much more realistic to the show and help make the characters feel more powerful and like they got stronger with the more ki you had

Really love the character select design they went with. loading the entire roster and map in one load time will probably give the feeling of getting into the next fight that much quicker
the smoke of the same color as the laser beams that slowly vanishes is a top detail on an aesthetic level.
My only problem with Sparking Zero is that it has taken this long for a DBZ game like this to finally come out, and not 10+ years ago.
Look at the bright side better to be late and good then having an early train wreck only known for quantity (a big roster) and not quality (like moveset, transformations, effects, etc.

The characters look great but what's with the 5D realistic backgrounds? They should have just kept everything cell-shaded. Also, the SFX when shooting a regular blast should sound like it does in the show. Here it sounds like someone blowing bubbles.

Honestly the games looks amazing. This is in no means a complaint and of course we all know it’s just a demo. Just hope they fix the camera angles and make them more stable. Will make it hard to track opponents. I also think the combos should be just a tad bit faster like in the earlier releases. Adds more tension. It would have also been lovely if they added the delayed heavy attacks like in the earlier releases. I think this game has it but the impact is kind of poor. Other than that I don’t really have much input. The game looks good

The transformations are really cool plus you can choose to start the battle as a transformation or transform mid battle. Man this sooo cool!!!!!

There seems to be something strange about Goku and Vegeta's body proportions... his body shape is skinny like Goku SSJ God Red, only Goku SSJ God should be the one who is skinny... Vegeta seems to be a good match but Goku's body should be bigger, the size of Gogeta...

One piece kinda already got it
One Piece is pretty hard to make into a game. You can’t make a story game because it’s way too long, you can’t make an open world game because the world is just too expansive, a fighting game COULD happen but a decent roster outside of the Straw Hats would be difficult. Hell, a decent story campaign would have to be completely omitted entirely if the aim is to cover the entire story. Releasing a game with only pre-timeskip stuff or only post-timeskip stuff would be very limiting in terms of roster and gameplay.
Bleach definitely would deserve it... We haven't even gotten a single console release Bleach game since PS3's Soul Resurrección and none of the games really tapped into the huge potential that series has for games. Ofc the others would deserve it too but considering Bleach's old status, it never got as much love in video game format as One Piece or Naruto did.
