It doesn't require optocoupler feedback. Because the Secondary winding and the Auxiliary windings are the same in number [in the video which is not the same]. There was a 12-volt Zener in the aux winding that will ensure that the induced voltage of the aux winding will not exceed the value of 12volts, and though the aux and secondary windings are the same, the induced voltage at the secondary will also be 12volts. This is how we can regulate the output voltage without an optocoupler.
Primary winding is work but auxiliary feedback winding is not drive our transformer and how to check it. The components are 5.6kohm, 2A472J and IN4007 and how much voltage produce in auxiliary feedback winding. how it can be solve this problem.

Here I think you should use 13005 0r 13007 transistor because it is 2 amperes
