When they were still together, the dad was always acting the 'white face' where the mom was the 'black face'. It makes sense if her son favours his dad more, but that is only for a child's mindset. It sucks to see he didn't grow up and couldn't understand the situation better and still thought he was the pity one sacrificing all for his mother. When he screamed at his mom, that scene broke my heart truly, way more than any other scenes. Her mother did all the works to a perfection before and after divorce. She is a doctor with high reputation at work, yet she manages her home so well. Preparing breakfasts on the table, making dinner before everyone gets home, doing laundries, irony all the clothes, and etc. Even picking up dishes after they ate?! (I can already hear my mom yelling if I didn't pick up my dishes fast enough after supper) She basically doesn't let loose of anything as she works so hard for every part of her life. She also manages to have great social relationships with others. How impressive! Her ex-husband and her son could live a comfortable life and only focus on their part of jobs all because of her. As a child, all you need to do is focus on your study, and you don't need to worry about money, taking public transit between school and home and etc. that is incredibly fortunate. Honestly, the son should be sent to one of those rural exchange programs to experience different kind of life so that he knows how fortunate he is. He will certainly appreciate his mom more. The ex-husband is just jerk inside-out. His personality is like that, so it is better to just get rid of him. His like mama's boy as shown in the care home scenes.

When they were still together, the dad was always acting the 'white face' where the mom was the 'black face'. It makes sense if her son favours his dad more, but that is only for a child's mindset. It sucks to see he didn't grow up and couldn't understand the situation better and still thought he was the pity one sacrificing all for his mother. When he screamed at his mom, that scene broke my heart truly, way more than any other scenes.
Her mother did all the works to a perfection before and after divorce. She is a doctor with high reputation at work, yet she manages her home so well. Preparing breakfasts on the table, making dinner before everyone gets home, doing laundries, irony all the clothes, and etc. Even picking up dishes after they ate?! (I can already hear my mom yelling if I didn't pick up my dishes fast enough after supper) She basically doesn't let loose of anything as she works so hard for every part of her life. She also manages to have great social relationships with others. How impressive!
Her ex-husband and her son could live a comfortable life and only focus on their part of jobs all because of her. As a child, all you need to do is focus on your study, and you don't need to worry about money, taking public transit between school and home and etc. that is incredibly fortunate. Honestly, the son should be sent to one of those rural exchange programs to experience different kind of life so that he knows how fortunate he is. He will certainly appreciate his mom more. The ex-husband is just jerk inside-out. His personality is like that, so it is better to just get rid of him. His like mama's boy as shown in the care home scenes.
