@@ZBoogie-tz7tm To be honest, I kinda agree with @imadgenius, it really depends on the individual though. A friend of mine sometimes needs some distance from others, that includes when she is in a bad mood. I've learned during our couple of travels and vacations together that when I give her this space she will eventually come back and be her usual incredible friendly and caring self again.
Now I am a little different. I might tell you that I need some space for myself if something bad happened but deep down I know I could use some help but I am afraid to ask for it or to just accept it without fighting it first - I know, its something I need to work at. If I were the girlfriend (in my case boyfriend but whatever) I would have been glad to have the listener being proactive, offering food, hugs and lending an ear but sadly I might not rule out to be behaving just like her - however I would apologise as well.
If I were the listener and the friend of mine were the girlfriend I would have acted different to the listener, knowing that she wont listen to me and pushing her would just make everything worse. I would say something along those lines: "Okay honey, take your space I will be over there reading and should you need anything just come to me, whether it is a hug, someone to talk or someone to distract you from your day". She would know its an honest offer and it would give her the space to decide for herself and I know how important that is for her in general.
So, all I am saying in that case its important to judge case by case, however if someone is this clear about their wishes I would be careful with offering help three times in quick sucession after getting a clear 'no' after the first two tries. You can't force someone to do what's best for them, sometimes you have to let them give them the opportunity to see it for themselves.

Listening to this I know the correct response would be to give them some space but I also know if I was in that situation I couldn‘t because one of my exes would just go and hurt herself and another one got extremely mad whenever I left her alone after she told me she wanted to be alone. This audio gave me a lot of comfort, thank you.
To be honest during listening I was definitely thinking to myself at the first offer that the listener is too pushy and personally I would have given her that space. But your comment made me realise that for some people that can cause even more harm, especially if they have the tendency to hurt themselves - which is something I never had to witness thankfully so I didn't thought about, so thanks for that insight.
However I would suggest going with the middle ground: I would have suggested that I sit in a chair or something to read and that she can come and ask for hugs, distraction or an ear whenever she feels like it. That way I am not leaving the room but giving some space for her to be with her thoughts alone. I think this middle ground might work in cases when the girlfriend would be prone to hurting herself but so emotional she cannot ask for the help she needs (yet).
In the audio she leaves the appartment all together - something which would make me extremely anxious and I would definitely apologise to her when she comes back. Thankfully she haven't had an accident, but if something would have happened to her - man the guilt would have been indescribable.

Like I don't know about this policy, like what they consider banned or not, but her channel barely had any "negative" topics so it was pretty surprising when I find out.
