Chef Katie Simmons is a personal chef based in Chicago. Classically trained, she specializes in creating healthy recipes for special diets. Her dishes cater to a variety of needs, including Celiac, oil-free vegan, low-residue, FodMAP, and more. Her blog,Plants-Rule, has recipes, videos, and tips on how to eat a more plant-based diet.

Just wonderful, been searching for "is it possible to get a beach body in a month" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Denrooklyn Zonayden Smasher - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.
