Awsome man! Making a toy car exactly like what you made was my childhood dream. Those days I didn't have internet or even didn't have acess to good science books and equioment. All I could do was to think, imagine, and draw engines. My purpose was to make an engine that could work with Kerosene, I knew about internal combustion engines at that time (I was 10-12 years old) but I didn't know anything about Stirling engine until recentely! (18 years later!). Good job man...your video made me so happy as if it's my own sucess in acheiving my childhood dream.
Seen a similar set up made of cardboard on Y-T a few years back, so the affect is real. Like the Stirling Engine water pumps from the 1800s one hears about from time to time. If these widgets can be setup to do real work, perhaps a version might be part of renewable, solar driven battery chargers? Liked the clip. A clever practical engineer.
Or, and hear me out, we put the solar energy directly into the battery with solar panels; instead of using industrial revolution Era engines to turn a turbin to make power.
