  • The lovely Eastern Yellow Robin (Eopsaltria australis) is a widespread and common bird of Australia's eastern and southern coast, with populations stretching from North Queensland through NSW and Victoria to South Australia as far north as Adelaide and far inland wherever there's suitable habitat.
They're at home in heaths, mallee, acacia scrub, woodland and forest.
They're perch and pounce hunters, feeding on small insects, insect larvae, spiders, centipedes and millipedes.
