Hey Everyone,
In today's video, we're going to show you how to add a fully integrated BimmerTech Rear View Camera in your E90 BMW! This camera system is a great addition to most BMWs from 2008-2018.
Not only is this system capable of helping you see what's behind you, but you also have the option to add a front camera (to protect a front lip) and you can even add a SmartView, which is a device that allows you to mirror your mobile phone right on your iDrive Screen, which is great for apps like Waze and Google Maps.

be very careful about opening the rub cover at 3:30 the wires already inside would most likely be very brittle due to age. and you risk breaking them, if they are damaged your rear lights would not work
Definitely something I’m going to do. Recently got an e90 and although it’s not necessary, it’s a nice feature to have.

WITHOUT THE GROUND YOU BLOW YOUR MONITOR WHICH I HAVE DONE BECAUSE THE 17 VIDEOS THAT I WATCHED DIDN'T MENTION A DARN THING ABOUT GROUNDING THE CAMERA AND I DON'T HAVE THE BMW SCREEN IN MY DASH I JUST HAVE AN AFTERMARKET 5 INCH SCREEN STUCK TO MY WINDSHIELD

If you use dishsoap, instead of vaseline, it will not deteriorate the rubber it contacts

Hi, i was wondering if you could help...i have a e90 with the trunk that doesn't open and fitted seat....i wanna check the wire inside the trunk as they seems to be the possible problem but I don't know how to open the trunk as i have no emergency release button and no valet switch...do u have any idea of how I could do to open the trunk?

Hi guys, I’m just curious whether I need some kind of coding if I want to do this on my e91 pre-lci(2006) which is with business navigation or it is just plug everything and go? What and happens with the front sensors which usually are kind of helpful sometimes- are they still shown somehow or they disappear when you connect your rear view camera?
