When a place gets too popular, cost of homes goes up and the quality of living goes down

I appreciate the reply! And it really is specific to the person as to what they're looking for regarding quality of life. Some people want to live amongst many other people with lots going on, and some people don't like that and want to live more of a rural life. The cost of homes will *almost* always go up regardless of popularity.

Yea, bring people in, when they falsely inflate the economy. The manufacturing jobs pay the same as what my mother made retiring from a brake oven in the 90s. And there are no manufacturers hiring here at the moment.
