This liveset (Tivoli) is the only one recorded in video, or at least, the only one publicly available. This is one of the spontaneous concerts the did in 1990, while they were still working on The Mix album. They were just seeing crowd reactions to the new remixes.
@EWormMusic The synclavier was defintiely used on electric cafe. Some of the sounds, like the choir in "electric cafe" (the song) would not have been possible with the emulator 2, etc. Also a lot of the FM sounds on the album don't sound like a DX7. The synclavier vpk was released in 1984, so it's very plausible that they used it for electric cafe especially considering the 1983 demos sound so raw and without the later sound aesthetic of the final album. I believe some short time after the release of electric cafe, maybe 1988 or 89 they began on the new setup
Even if the is is 1990, you gotta remember this is a tape, the quality got worse over the time, it’s what happens to most old tapes that are sitting in a garage for 20 years until found and uploaded on the internet.
Why you don't like this version if i can ask? you don't like the mix computer love or just you don't like this early version that was still not ready. I like both versions people say they didn't relased antyhing new in 90s but what about computer love from the mix it's diffirent song on the mix the robots pocket calculator too they changed lot i like orginal versions but the mix is not that bad

Terrific electronic 1981 masterpiece by Kraftwerk . Since this was 1990 period & if this a VHS recording still audio quality is good.

There were seats for the audience, I think it's one of the main reasons of why they couldn't dance at all. It was a bad decision by the staff.
