Poulet Rôti||The Tastiest & Juiciest Fried Chicken||A Traditionally Inspired Recipe 😋

- On todays episode i am sharing our Traditional Updated Gambian Inspired Fried Chicken.Fried chicken originated from west Africa.Hence the reason why we do not skimp a flavour.In west Africa fried chicken is amongst the 'top notch' recipes you have to cook for a special guest.
We steam or poach our chicken first in a sauce pan - preferably one with a lid, that fits securely on top, before deep-frying. I am going to tell you why.This helps the spices to infiltrate the chicken, retain moisture and more importantly, to assure that the chicken is fully cooked while shortening the cooking time. Making it easy, even for an inexperienced cook to make them.
Ingredients below;
garlic
parsley
black-pepper
ginger
cloves
bayleaves
mustard
maggie/stockseasoning
Steamed the chicken with;
lemon
onion
scotchbonnet pepper
Dans l'épisode d'aujourd'hui, je partage notre poulet frit traditionnel d'inspiration gambienne mis à jour. Le poulet frit est originaire d'Afrique de l'Ouest. D'où la raison pour laquelle nous ne lésinons pas sur la saveur. un invité spécial.
Nous faisons d'abord cuire à la vapeur ou pocher notre poulet dans une casserole - de préférence avec un couvercle, qui s'adapte solidement sur le dessus, avant de le faire frire. Je vais vous dire pourquoi. Cela aide les épices à s'infiltrer dans le poulet, à retenir l'humidité et, plus important encore, à s'assurer que le poulet est entièrement cuit tout en raccourcissant le temps de cuisson. Il est donc facile, même pour un cuisinier inexpérimenté, de les préparer.
Ingrédients ci-dessous;
Ail
persil
poivre noir
Gingembre
clous de girofle
feuilles de laurier
moutarde
maggie/assaisonnement
Cuire le poulet à la vapeur avec;
citron
oignon
piment écossais
